Very tasty!! But I never microwave in plastic! Wrap in paper towels instead! Cheese is good but these are a bit pricey!

I have been buying the 4 cheese omelet since starting WW. It is great as a quick breakfast and very easy to add other veggies and protein to it.

I'm happy to have your omelets in my freezer for those times when I'm short of time or energy. Very tasty.

I like to heat one of these up while toasting a bagel. Then cut it to fit in the bagel. Easy breakfast sandwich in 2 minutes for about $2.50.
