Missing one cartridge. Package is sealed so it was never there. Do you NOT look at what you are packing? Returning and going to a brick and mortar store.

Don’t purchase this at Sam’s. I took it home and my printer said it was defective. I took it back the next day and they refused to let me exchange it or refund it. Worst customer service ever and I cancelled my membership due to how I was treated.

Always check the date the ink expires. It is usually 1 1/2 to 2 years. Product was shipped in very good shape. no problems

I love that you can get the XL cartridges in color! I use a lot of ink and the XL cartridges last a lot longer.

Why does the ad say 3 pack leading buyer to believe they are receiving 1XLBlack, 1 cyan %26 yellow, %26 1 magenta = 3 pack like shown in picture?
