I have to weigh in. Aveeno is a trusted brand, with dermatologists recommending their products. “If It Ain’t Broke, Don’t Fix It”. Was actually very surprised to see this change. The new formula is definitely not as good. I was forced to buy the new product, and realized immediately it was different and sub-par to the original formula. Next time I was at the store, their happened to be an old firmula bottle. Way, way superior formula in every way….Just -WHY- would be my question? Shortage of ingredients or just trying to make more $$$$ substituting cheaper ingredients? Sad that a company trusted by physicians would throw a wrench into people’s skin care. Most people using Aveeno -NEED- to use their particular formula, and may be the only thing that keeps them from breaking out, or other medical issues with their skin. Breaks trust with the customers, as I see with the many many comments on the internet about this change. Not a fan of the “new” formula.Seems like a cheap substitute of the old one. “New Coke” didn’t work out for Coca-Cola either…. Google it if you’re too young to remember. I used to trust Aveeno but now not so sure…really disappointing decision to change trusted ingredients to inferior formulas.

While a bit on the pricey side, this is my go-to lotion. The scent is lovely but not overwhelming. My skin absorbs it well - my tip is to always apply it fresh out of the shower when your skin is still damp! That way your skin absorbs it most effectively. I apply this lotion all over after my nightly shower and it leaves my skin so soft the next day. Highly recommend!

This is not the same Aveeno I was expecting, nor the same I thought I was replacing. This is cheap, watered down lotion. The scent is a bit more pungent, as well. Loved the oatmeal version, but will never buy this version again. Will probably end up tossing this.

This used to be my favorite daily lotion for years until they changed the formula. It had the best scent that was so calming! Now that they've gotten rid of the chamomile and ylang ylang I can't stand the scent! I'll be using my backups that I bought previously but once those run out I won't be buying again unless they bring the old scent back. Very disappointed!

I am so happy with this aveeno lotion! One year I worked in a place that had no heat and with out realizing I was typing away little by little I noticed that the cold frozen my hands. Just rwcantly I bought this lotion and already I see a really great result and they even got smoother! Ps the smell is so relaxing and not over powering. I would highly recommend this product.

The Aveeno Stress Relief Lotion is a wonderful moisturizer. It absorbs well into the skin, leaves it soft and doesn't irritate it. I apply whenever my skin looks dry and it's done wonders in hydrating my skin without irritating it. It works great for not just my body but also my face which is rare for my sensitive skin. The lavender is a nice touch it smells lovely!

I bought the product the other day and I went to use it for the first time and I was confused for a minute thinking I got the wrong one but no they had just changed the formula which had chamomile and ylang-ylang which had a different smell to it that was softer and overall so soothing but this new version of it is not the same and I used to love it growing up but I don’t think I’ll be using it for much longer :(

I have used both the stress relief lotion and body wash for years, but have to report that I do not like the new formula’s scent. I’m so disappointed because I loved this product and it was a staple in my routine. Please bring the old formula back if possible.

I use this lotion after showering every night before I hit the bed. I love the non greasy formula that is typical of Aveeno but the lavender smell of this particular lotion is just dreamy. One pump is just enough for my hands and neck/ upper chest. I’m convinced that the smell makes me even more relaxed before bed.

I had been buying nothing but Aveeno Stress Relief Moisturizing Body Lotion with Lavender, Chamomile & Ylang-Ylang since it first came out. I loved it. The lotion was creamy, highly moisturizing, smoothing and the scent was subtle and wonderful. I was often complimented on how good I smelled when people got close enough for a whiff of the scent. I actually quit wearing perfume! I would buy the lotion and shower gel to give as gifts to friends and family. Everyone loved it. Then they changed it to this. I decided to try it and big mistake. Not only does the lotion not moisturize - it leaves my skin dry and itchy - but the "new" scent is just awful. It smells like every other cheap, artificial scented "oat" and "lavender" lotion out there. It has a chemical aroma. It’s just bad. I hate what Aveeno did to this previously wonderful product. Unless they bring back the original formulation, this is goodbye to Aveeno. I will no longer be buying any of their products.
