I have used this lotion for years, this change in formula is for the worst, it doesn't soothe the same way. It feels different. but the worst part is the scent the ylang ylang and chamomile is missing and all you left was this artificial plastic smelling lavender scent that is so perfumed that it is anything but stress free. I used to be able to justify spending more money to get this bottle of lotion but now its not worth spending the money when it no longer feels or smells the same. It also no longer helps with the itchy tight skin. all over this change is awful. I am glad you made the lid brown so I know to steer clear from it and not waste my money here.

I was gifted this superb product by a fellow influenster. I have used Aveeno products for years, with great results. This product didn't let me down. It delivers as expected. Non GMO, paraben free, dye free and specially formulated for sensitive skin.

This is not the same Aveeno I was expecting, nor the same I thought I was replacing. This is cheap, watered down lotion. The scent is a bit more pungent, as well. Loved the oatmeal version, but will never buy this version again. Will probably end up tossing this.

I fell in love with the smell of this lotion the first time I bought it. I ordered a bigger bottle when I did my grocery order. When I put it on, I literally got nauseated by the smell. I looked at the bottle and it was not just Lavender like my previous bottle. This one has Chamomile and Ylang Ylang in it. Does not smell good at all. Even my 4 yr old granddaughter said eww it smells bad. Thinking the store gave me the wrong one, looked online and it showed they had the regular Lavender (only) scent. But when I drove to the store, nope, there was no Lavender only scent. I have checked a couple of other stores that show online they have it in the store, only to drive there and they are all the "new" scent. Chamomile and Ylang Ylang. Can you please PLEASE bring back the Lavender ONLY scent so I can buy it again...I LOVED it.

I have been using Aveeno Stress Relief lotion and body wash daily for years, maybe even a decade. Both products were perfect in every way. The body wash remains a staple in my shower however, I recently purchased a bottle of Stress Relief lotion (my stockpile had run out) and when I initially applied it, I thought that it had expired and gone rancid. To my horror, it hadn’t expired. What I was smelling was the new scent. I can’t use it. It smells sweet and cheap like others have commented. The original formula had an amazing light, calming, and fresh scent. This new scent is offensive to the olfactory cells. Sadly, I am now on the hunt to find a new brand. So, so sad.

I have been using Aveeno Stress Relief Moisturizing lotion for years because of the calming lavender scent. Clearly there has been a change and yet nowhere on the bottle does it notify you of the change. The new formula barely has a lavender scent and it smells powdery. Please change it back so that I can continue to purchase this lotion. If not, I will be looking for a new daily lotion….

I have sensitive skin, and in the winter my skin gets really dry and itchy. I've used Aveeno for years, but only the fragrance-free lotions. I decided to give the Stress Relief one a try (mainly because of the awesome scents it has) and I put it on right after a bath last night. I'm in love with it already! I love the way it smells, the scent of it is alluring and overpowering, and as time passes the scent starts to fade away, but it's essence is still there! Also, my entire body feels smooth, soft, hydrated, and not itchy at all. I don't know for sure if the stress-relieving properties take place, but I do know that I don't feel stressed at all; I guess I'll find out. I love this lotion!

Months ago, this rating would have been a 5 ++ star. However, the new scent is absolutely horrible. It was my morning, afternoon, at work, evening lotion. Calming and beautful soft scent. Not overpowering and barely noticeable. Now, as someone else stated, kind of smells like feminine scented pads. Tried it twice, thinking that maybe I just had to get use to it. Nope. It's terrible. Actually made me nauseous. I read somewhere that they changed the scent due to some people having sensitive skin reaction. I thought that's why you make the sensitive skin line. Anyway, if you ever go back to the original calming scent, please let me know!

I am so saddened by the complete change in the Stress Relief lotion. No longer smells fresh and soft. Without the ylang ylang and chamomile, along with the other reformulated properties, I will sadly no longer be purchasing this lotion. Which is a shame because I've been using it for at least the past 10 years :(

They reformulated this product and it's trash now - it smells like cheap scented tampons. I'm so upset and honestly won't touch another Aveeno product until the old formulation is back. The scent used to have lavender, chamomile, and ylang-ylang. It smelled so lovely and unique, like a lavender oatmeal cookie, just light and beautiful and creamy. It was the only lotion myself, my now-husband, and a friend bought for YEARS. We used to have full conversations about how lovely it was whenever we visited each other. I've seen reddit posts where people wanted to find perfumes that smelled like this lotion. Aveeno really messed up, as you can see from recent reviews.
