Way to go Aveeno!! You ruined an awesome product!! I too got duped into ordering a new large bottle of Stress relief lotion & realized at 1st pump the smell was off & not the same. What a shame!! Hope the decision makers read all these horrible reviews to see how sad & disappointed your loyal fan base is now. I won’t buy any additional Aveeno products! This new formula is way off! Yuk!!

This lotion provides a subtle scent that feels relaxing. Perfect for keeping skin moisturized for long periods of time. It doesn't make my skin feel sticky, and bonus it comes in multiple sizes including sizes that fit in your purse, so I can always have it on hand when needed.

Keep this lotion but make changes! I like the lotion a lot, and it smells good at a distance but the smell is too strong on my hands. Can you please lessen the strength of the fragrance down to 50%? Better yet, many of us consumers would actually prefer a little bit of the real ylang ylang/chamomile/lavender essential oils as a LIGHT touch/small whiff of scent rather than A LOT of the synthetic fragrance. PLEASE consider using only essential oils instead. This is actually how I got the lotion- my friend who has sensitive skin was unable to use this lotion due to the strong synthetic fragrance.

This is not the same Aveeno I was expecting, nor the same I thought I was replacing. This is cheap, watered down lotion. The scent is a bit more pungent, as well. Loved the oatmeal version, but will never buy this version again. Will probably end up tossing this.

There are no hints of lavender and the ylang-ylang is way, way too powerful. The named components on the front (lavender, chamomile, and ylang-ylang) aren't even listed in the ingredients, rather all there is is "fragrance." Doesn't alleviate stress and actually induces it. Lotion itself is fine, it moisturizes well without much of a greasy/tacky feel

This has been my go to lotion for years. The amazing yet subtle lavender scent has helped me tremendously. The new formula isn’t just a “new look,” there’s been a product change, and it’s so disappointing. I don’t know if it was adding oat or what was changed, but this new formula is more like cocoa butter than a lavender lotion. Please bring back the original!

I’m so disappointed with the new formula. Why change something so many people loved. I can’t even use the new one. It is so stinky, smells like old rancid perfume and it burns my skin. The old one was so subtle and pleasant and gave instant relief. Please please change it back. I can’t use this new one!!!! I use to recommend this to everyone, can’t do it anymore. Used for years and years. 😞

I have sensitive skin, and in the winter my skin gets really dry and itchy. I've used Aveeno for years, but only the fragrance-free lotions. I decided to give the Stress Relief one a try (mainly because of the awesome scents it has) and I put it on right after a bath last night. I'm in love with it already! I love the way it smells, the scent of it is alluring and overpowering, and as time passes the scent starts to fade away, but it's essence is still there! Also, my entire body feels smooth, soft, hydrated, and not itchy at all. I don't know for sure if the stress-relieving properties take place, but I do know that I don't feel stressed at all; I guess I'll find out. I love this lotion!

While a bit on the pricey side, this is my go-to lotion. The scent is lovely but not overwhelming. My skin absorbs it well - my tip is to always apply it fresh out of the shower when your skin is still damp! That way your skin absorbs it most effectively. I apply this lotion all over after my nightly shower and it leaves my skin so soft the next day. Highly recommend!

This used to be my favorite daily lotion for years until they changed the formula. It had the best scent that was so calming! Now that they've gotten rid of the chamomile and ylang ylang I can't stand the scent! I'll be using my backups that I bought previously but once those run out I won't be buying again unless they bring the old scent back. Very disappointed!
