A year and a half later, mat is broken and chipped and poles are bent. Not worth the money. Spend a little more and get a spring free one.

It delivered when expected and took about 2 hours for my wife and I to set up. Very happy with this trampoline.

We have only had this trampoline for 2 years and the Springs began to break off it's not as tight holding the trampoline part as a regular Circle one would be wouldn't buy again

Great trampoline for the price. It’s bigger than I anticipated. I read reviews before I purchased and only complaints were the assembly instructions. I found that yes they did leave out a few key details but it was pretty easy to figure out. When they say “repeat in this manner’’ be advised you have to reverse 2 of the sections cause it’s going on the other side. I put it up myself in about 2 hours. My kids are loving it so far.

So I bought this because it was my daughters birthday. Plus the corona virus. It came in three boxes and on 2 separate days you CANNOT put it together without all 3 boxes... it only took me about 3hours to put together. I did mostly indoors while watching television lol... once all corners were done I put them all together outside. But in all honest a great buy!!! So far so good and I will update if anything else happens. Ps. The springs were slightly difficult to understand on the manual but you’ll figure it out it’s easy.

With two of us we had it together in no time! Set it up for a party and the kids had a blast. We took it back down and packed it up to take to our house with very little problem. Of course it didn't all fit back like originally packaged but most did. We have so much fun with it and good exercise too!

This is a very nice trampoline for the price. I ended up getting home at 7.30 and started putting it together by myself. 2 of my kids waited up till 1.30am when I finished it. I did take a break for supper so not too bad. The frame was by far the most tedious thing to put together with all the bolts. Once the corners of the mat are set, the rest come together alot easier. The most frustrating part was the holes at the top of the net. Someof the holes were there and some were not. I was able to get everything secured exactly how the instructions wanted it on half of it but the others I modified due to the lack of pre drilled holes. On a few of the poles that hold the netting, the foam is already torn up. Not to worried about it as in going to use some exterior wrapping to hold it securely. I would recommend to have some help with this as it would go faster for sure, but it is feasible with one.

It came on time before Christmas the only thing that sucked is the boxes were messed up and It was missing one part I tried to email the company to get the part but no response and still no response so I ordered the part but I shouldn’t have had to spend an extra $24.60 for a T connecter

Purchased this for our daughters to practice (cheerleaders). Was a bit concerned after reading reviews of bad packaging and missing parts but ours arrived perfect. Trampoline arrived only 2 days after ordering and we only selected the normal ground delivery. Package was sent via Fedex Ground in 3 boxes - each 70 pounds. I mentioned to the Carrier I was expected some torn boxes but he said he had seen a change in their packaging - was previous 2 large boxes each over 120 pounds - since the change to 3 boxes - it was easier to handle thus less damage. We put it together in around 3 hours. Previously had a round trampoline but much happier with the rectangle as the girls (teenagers) can do their flips easier and we especially like the coverage around the spring area.

We purchased one of these at the end of 2019. The life of the product is pretty good. The foam padding on the poles only lasted a single year, as did the zipper of the enclosure net. The spring pads were fairly worn after the 4 year mark, and now, just over the 5 year mark, the net finally gave way. We also had one of the d-rings on the mat rust through and a spring was hanging loose a month ago. Sold it and got a new one on the way. The reason I'm giving it only 2 stars is that when first shipped, I received in 3 copies of box number 2. The freight delivery guy said to reject 2 boxes and keep one. I did that, and after spending a few hours on the phone with Sam's member services, they told me to return the last box to the store for a refund, and then I could place a new order. I spent over an hour at the store and they couldn't find a way to do what the customer service rep said to do. They ended up refunding me the money for it, but refused to take the extra box. So I was left on my own to find a way to return it. After all of that, I had to place a second order to finally get a new set of boxes 1, 2, and 3 (clearly marked on the box and in different colors on each box). We sold the old one last week locally. Now, under my husband's account, I've got a new one coming, though the tracking info says there's only 2 boxes this time. Here we go again....
