We have only had this trampoline for 2 years and the Springs began to break off it's not as tight holding the trampoline part as a regular Circle one would be wouldn't buy again

Ez build. Spacious for my 2 biys and me or them and 2 friends . Comes in 3 boxes . Fedex fropped off 2 and said it was complete . We had to wait a few more days for the 2rd box.

No instructions were included so I had to YouTube. Once it was assembled, the kids loved it. Definitely recommend the rectangular trampoline over the circle and square.

Overall a great price for the trampoline it took my husband and I a little over 2 hours to put together. It included instructions and YouTube option. Both helpful. My daughter is a gymnast and loves the size of it.

We purchased one of these at the end of 2019. The life of the product is pretty good. The foam padding on the poles only lasted a single year, as did the zipper of the enclosure net. The spring pads were fairly worn after the 4 year mark, and now, just over the 5 year mark, the net finally gave way. We also had one of the d-rings on the mat rust through and a spring was hanging loose a month ago. Sold it and got a new one on the way. The reason I'm giving it only 2 stars is that when first shipped, I received in 3 copies of box number 2. The freight delivery guy said to reject 2 boxes and keep one. I did that, and after spending a few hours on the phone with Sam's member services, they told me to return the last box to the store for a refund, and then I could place a new order. I spent over an hour at the store and they couldn't find a way to do what the customer service rep said to do. They ended up refunding me the money for it, but refused to take the extra box. So I was left on my own to find a way to return it. After all of that, I had to place a second order to finally get a new set of boxes 1, 2, and 3 (clearly marked on the box and in different colors on each box). We sold the old one last week locally. Now, under my husband's account, I've got a new one coming, though the tracking info says there's only 2 boxes this time. Here we go again....

My grandchildren didn't even enjoy jumping on this trampoline after having used a round one. They complained that there wasn't as much room as the old one. The dimensions are 9X15 but the 9' seems even smaller than 9'. This time we are getting the 15x15 square. They have friends who bought this and really love it.

Great trampoline for the price. It’s bigger than I anticipated. I read reviews before I purchased and only complaints were the assembly instructions. I found that yes they did leave out a few key details but it was pretty easy to figure out. When they say “repeat in this manner’’ be advised you have to reverse 2 of the sections cause it’s going on the other side. I put it up myself in about 2 hours. My kids are loving it so far.
