Skywalker Trampolines 15' x 9' Rectangle Trampoline with Enclosure

Great price @ Sam's.   Shipped fast and my husband and 13 year old daughter were able to assemble this.

We bought it a few weeks ago and just now put it up. The instructions are not very good so we put it together 3 times until we got it right!!

We bought the trampoline for our daughter for her 8th birthday. It’s perfect! She enjoys it very much.

I purchased it for a Christmas gift and the boys haven’t gotten it yet, but I’m sure they will love it.

We really like the trampoline we bought for our daughter.  It’s only been a few weeks but it is holding up nicely.

Had a smaller cheaper trampoline but springs quickly elongated with my heavy grandkids, got this one and very satisfied

Better Trampoline

Great trampoline, kids love it, would recommend, only had it for 3 days. Cant tell u about durability

Heavy duty construction, follow installation instructions carefully, otherwise you will be taking it back apart and reassembling.

quality product

Nice size. Quality not so good. Kids jumped on it one time and one of the rings that hold the spring to the trampoline bent!!

I received this trampoline and upon assembly noticed several defects.  Contacted customer service and was told to provide proof of purchase, pictures as well as descriptions of defective parts, and other information for a warranty replacement.  Upon providing all required information received several other emails requesting additional information.  It seems as if it is a stall tactic in order for the customer to give up on the process.  I practically had to disassemble the entire unit.  Not happy considering it is a pricey item.  Will more than likely be returning the trampoline.

Inferior product and poor customer service

The directions are pretty good. Took about 6 hours to complete with taking breaks. Will be helpful to have 2 people to do so. We kept forgetting to put the net holes along the rings and having to take them back out. Otherwise no issues. Use a real tool set and not the ones supplied. We will revisit this review on longevity later.
