Skywalker Trampolines 15' x 9' Rectangle Trampoline with Enclosure

Four of the triangle rings that hook to the springs stretched out after a couple of days.

Disappointed

Set up was fairly easy and only took 2 hrs with the help of 3 people

Very happy with the quality.  We are much happier with the rectangle shape compared to the round.

Not too hard to put together. My 9 year old and I did it in 2-3 hours. Both my kids love it!

Solid trampoline

Not easy to assemble.  Needs better directions. My 11 year old loved it.

5 starts speaks for itself

I received this trampoline and upon assembly noticed several defects.  Contacted customer service and was told to provide proof of purchase, pictures as well as descriptions of defective parts, and other information for a warranty replacement.  Upon providing all required information received several other emails requesting additional information.  It seems as if it is a stall tactic in order for the customer to give up on the process.  I practically had to disassemble the entire unit.  Not happy considering it is a pricey item.  Will more than likely be returning the trampoline.

Inferior product and poor customer service

The directions are pretty good. Took about 6 hours to complete with taking breaks. Will be helpful to have 2 people to do so. We kept forgetting to put the net holes along the rings and having to take them back out. Otherwise no issues. Use a real tool set and not the ones supplied. We will revisit this review on longevity later.
