I spent WEEKS researching mattresses and finally decided on the GhostBed, partially because I could get a Groupon to help with the high end price. Well, I'm GLAD I did! Never having seen a bed rolled up in a box, I was a little skeptical, but it was both surprising and fun to watch it unfold. It was ready to sleep on by night time, and WOW, it was so comfortable!! Not too firm, not too soft, just perfect for a great night's sleep! My husband was so happy to wake up without a backache! The mattress did have a bit of a sweet smell to it for a couple nights, but then went away. My only negative is that the edges have no support making it difficult to sit on the edge to get dressed. Also, both my husband and I have almost fallen out of bed by rolling a little close to the edge! Still, we're happy with the mattress and would recommend it to others, cautioning them about the edges.

I have not slept so well in a very long time. I was having serious problems with my last mattress (inner spring) and decided to give the foam mattresses a try. I used Consumer Reports to find the best one within my price range and ended up choosing GhostBed because they had better deals and a longer warranty. The customer service lady that I dealt with was amazingly kind and helped me get a free mattress protector instead of the 2 free pillows. All in all it was a great experience to purchase the bed...and sleeping has been a dream since day 1. So glad I got it!

I had been putting off buying a new bed for a long time. They are all way too expensive and/or too soft/ firm. The ghost bed is the PERFECT amount of firmness. And it's really good quality especially for the price. I used to wake up so stiff and sore in my lower back and neck. Not anymore... I actually feel rested and definitely have more energy now. If you need a new bed, don't hesitate to buy a ghost bed. I'm very happy with mine.

I purchased the Ghostbed about one month ago and it truly is a remarkable bed! The Cal King bed makes sense for the support my boyfriend and I need and includes plenty of room for our basset hound furbaby! The bed is comfortable, I am very happy with it and recommend to anyone!

I did a ton of research before deciding on giving the Ghost Bed a shot. You will not be disappointed. This is by far the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. It is the perfect level of soft and firm. I have suffered from a shoulder injury for a few years and I have not woken up once with shoulder pain since we purchased the ghost bed. For the price, quality, and comfort, you won't find a better deal anywhere else!

My wife and I finally upgraded our bed and decided on the GhostBed due to the great reviews and low cost. We couldn't be happier. I'm a big guy and the bed supports me perfectly. My only complaint is that now I have to set an alarm on weekends because otherwise, I can sleep for 14 hours... it happened. I'm not proud of it.

All the little aches and pains I used to wake up with - and just considered part of the aging process - have disappeared. I have never slept so well. It’s always been the accepted belief that the elderly slept fewer hours at night. Not if they have a GhostBed! Best investment ever!

I want to love this bed so much. It has amazing back support and sleeps so much cooler than any mattress I've ever slept on. My back pain is gone, (amazing!) However, I now have severe shoulder pain when I sleep (less than awesome). This bed is beyond PERFECT if you sleep on your back. But for side sleepers, you might want to shop around for a bit softer matress.

We researched for weeks comparing different brands and options that would fit our sleep needs best. After doing several comparisons we settled on Ghostbed classic. Motion transfer isn’t bad and it does stay cool. HOWEVER, we’re a little over 30 nights into this new mattress and we already sink into each other, toss and turn all night and wake up feeling worse every day. We have added a 3 inch topper in the last week and for the last few nights I’m sleeping in my chair because the bed causes so much back pain.

We've got a classic queen-size Ghost bed and adjustable frame. It's fantastic, but other things not so much. The website is very hard to use. I know it's difficult to develop a website that works for phones, tablets and laptops equally well but the site really annoyed me almost to the point of not purchasing the product. You need to improve the website. The shipment tracking is very confusing in the email. The delivery came in four shipments and there were four tracking numbers but had no idea which tracking number belonged to what. The mattress arrived first and the frame arrived last 5 days later. Annoying! Now I hear they are offering delivery and set up! Where were you a month ago? We are a couple in our early 60s and it nearly finished us off to get the bed upstairs and set up. The video makes it look so simple but that is a Twin XL not a queen. The website stresses the quality of the product. Well wasn't impressed on opening the adjustable frame box. The fabric was covered with lots of pieces of wood chip. Two screws had been sheared off and the ends left buried in the board. One of the screw pieces was rolling around loose in the box.
