I was looking for a mattress that had a little more "sink-in" to it or more of a memory foam feel to the top. I have found this mattress to be too hard. I tends to sleep in my side and I am approximately 125 pounds and 5'6". My arm/legs often fall alseep because the mattress has very little give to it. It has gotten a tad but softer with time, but it still too hard for me. Everything else was great- great delivery, and it was an interesting experience watching the mattress inflate after opening the box!

we ordered the ghostbed flex mattress with two ghost pillows due to having back issues and our old bed was shot. I'd have to say all in all not to bad it did ship fast. my only complaint is that the mattress and pillows are harder then I thought they would be.

The mattress itself after coming out of the vacuum seal puffed up really quickly, almost immediately but I gave it a day anyway. The mattress is soft but still slightly firm so you're not sinking into it. I love it, and it fits my frame perfectly. The two free pillow deal was an added bonus, the ghost pillows are great.

More than 30 days in and we're loving it more every day! It's as if you never really slept, the bed arrived as promised, it was easy to set up and had little to no odor to it. We noticed an immediate difference in the quality of sleep we were missing out on, less tossing/turning and restless nights. My partner and I are ecstatic to fall asleep every single night!!!

This bed was everything i thought ibwas looking for. Memory foam not to soft and protector for when it needs a little cleaning. But unfortunately this bed was way way to firm. Ive actully tried this bed for a week and had to see my chiropractor after that. Still having neck and back pain. Wish it would of worked but to firm.

I bought this bed a month ago. Before I bought this bed to replace our standard inter spring mattress. Since I got the bed I’ve slept so amazing! The pillows and bed have a cooling gel in it allowing us to not get hit at night! Totally worth it and recommend this to anyone looking for a new bed!

I've now bought two new beds in a very short time period. The first, though lovely, was too firm and way too tall for my scoliotic back, I had to hop to get onto that bed....Thus the Ghost bed. The first week was iffy, since the bed still seemed too firm to support the small of my back and my knees, but with a little help from my old memory foam bed topper sleep is delicious. I do wonder if I should explore a new topper, since the old one is very, very old. Nevertheless - Hurray! A yummy bed and astonishingly happy and pain free awakenings. My bed is soft, but firm. Can sit on the edge without sinking in. I am a stomach sleeper, so I got the bed with coils. I also got the adjustable base. I spoke with the chat form... they were super quick and helpful. Everything was delivered so fast and was easy to assemble. Love that I get to finance the bed without interest and late fees.

The Mattress is awesome I'm sure I will enjoy many more nights of great sleep in it. The box springs is a wood crate it doesn't have springs and it makes a lot of noise creaks like crazy completely unsatisfactory with the crate it came with. Warning you have to build it yourself. Most likely will return it

I have pets and to guard against the occasional accident, I purchased the mattress protector cover. Before my purchase, I'd occasionally remove the zipped cover from the mattress and wash it. This works fine, but it is a struggle to get on and off. The protector goes on like a fitted sheet- so it's much easier to manage. It protects the top of the mattress from spills and accidents. The sides of the protector appear to be different material, so I don' believe the waterproof protection extends to the sides of the mattress. The protector material feels like soft fabric, and doesn't have a crinkly, plastic feel to it.
