Super comfortable. Came promptly and well packaged Took a little effort to assemble the boxspring but it was doable. Got a great package that included 2 Ghost pillows and they are fabulous - and we are very picky about pillows. Had never ordered a bed in a box before but would def do again and highly recommend GhostBed

After 15 years, and 2 different Sleep Number beds, my husband and I knew we needed a major change for our backs, hips, and sleeping patterns. We were tossing and turning, aching when we'd rise, and not able to sleep full nights in our old bed. After lots of research we choose Ghostbed. The price was affordable, it was an inch thicker than most of the competitor mattresses, and it supports a great deal more weight than other foam beds. (Check their FAQ page for specific information.) Setting up the mattress was a piece of cake and sleeping in it is heavenly. I love that this mattress is supportive without giving that dreaded "stuck in a hole" feeling. No more restless souls in this king size bed! Also, we received 3 free Ghost Pillows with our mattress order. I must say, we were skeptical about memory foam pillows. We had yet to find a comfortable, cool, and non-neck bending brand. BUT...along came our Ghost Pillows and they were a dream. Soft, supportive, and cool. We allowed our 2 girls to try them. They're in middle school and high school and they loved them so much that we ended up ordering two more for our household. (It was a buy 1 get 1 free offer.) I can't stress enough how good it feels to have a restful night of sleep and no more aches and pains when we get up. And...I'm comfortable sleeping in all positions on this mattress and pillow. In fact, I'm typing this review while still snuggled up in my bed. Aaahhh! It's going to be a great day!

We bought this mattress with initial hesitation of not knowing what is the level of firmness etc. after reading a lot of reviews we decided to buy the king mattress and we are not disappointed. we don't like clunky plush mattresses that sink your body like quicksand. Ghost bed is firm to a nice level (not hard) and body doesnt heat up at all. It has been 3 weeks into the mattress and we are very happy with it so far

Here's the deal. My mattress I had was my wife's from when she was like 16... Ya, think about how comfortable that thing was. Is the ghost bed comfortable? Yes, compared to my old mattress a sack of potatoes was more comfortable. That doesn't mean I am saying the GhostBed feels like a sack of potatoes, far from it. It supports you in all the right places. My morning back pain has certainly gone away since sleeping on this bed. HOWEVER, it is harder than I would like. I have been sleeping on it for a bit longer than a month so I had to give it at least time to "break-in." It has gotten better after the break-in period but it still on the firmer side than my wife and I would like. Putting it into perspective for some, I am 30 years old, 6ft and 195lbs. Will I keep this? Probably, yes. But I think it is more of not wanting to go through the hassle of returning it and finding another mattress. As for the quality, I think it is great. It is very well made with no odors when you first open it. Shipping was fast and the entire ordering process easy. I have not had to deal with customer service so I could not tell you if it is good or bad. It is in the middle of the price range from the "mail mattresses" and I think worth it if you enjoy a slightly firmer mattress. I have not tried out any of their competitors mattresses to compare so I cannot tell you if any are personally more comfortable. I still have about 70 days to return it so that's reassuring. Do your research and don't rule this out entirely. 3 stars

Ok want to start out with how easy and quick this process was. Seriously easy and way faster then expected. We ordered everything. Foundation Mattress pillows and mattress protector. Kind of funny but everything came on different days.. One day right after the other. The mattress was really really heavy and takes 2 people to move. The foundation u have to put together and it is one piece even for a king. Not the 2 XL twins like traditional foundations. So put it together in the room u are using bed in unless u have room to move it from one part of house to another. It was a bit of a process but not to hard to put together. But U have to use a hammer and nail every slat into the bigger boards. Then u slip the cover over it. Not as pretty as an already built foundation but looks ok. The boards were crappy but once all put together it is very solid. The pillows I love. Plus a Bonus is I got those 3 pillows for free when I entered the coupon code that was avaible at that time. Ok so now on to the mattress review. I have fibromyalgia and the Mattress is to hard for me. I ordered the one that says it is firmer but the recommend perfect between soft and firm for the perfect night sleep. Not so much perfect for fibromyalgia. Really wish I would have ordered the softer one. My husband really loves the mattress. He sleeps all night and even thru his alarm. Luckily for him I am not resting well and I can wake him up. I have not decide if I am going to try to go thru the process of switching mattresses to the softer one. Seems mean to take the bed from my hubby that he sleeps so well on. Really wish I just had the money to buy a 2nd one.. the softer one. I would put this one at lake place and the softer here. So we could both sleep well at some point in week. We are at lake pretty much every weekend. If I decide to trade out for softer bed I will update review to let y'all know how that goes. Good luck. OMGOSH..We absolutely LOVE our new bed & pillows!! The purchase was fast & seamless, not a hitch in the whole process! We are sleeping better than ever before, we knew our regular mattress was terrible, but we didn't release just how comfy we could be sleeping until we got our GhostBed!! Thank you!! :)

Nice, firm mattress! I was skeptical at first, but I love my ghost bed. The foundation is super easy to put together, and the pillows we got are amazing. I have back problems and this mattress helps me to not be in as much pain as I used to be with my old, outdated bed.

I really like this bed when I sleep on my back. It is very comfortable, and has helped to get rid of the back pain that I felt when I was on my old mattress. The support is excellent. Unfortunately, it does create pressure when I sleep on my side. I have broad shoulders and my arm goes numb when side sleeping. I don’t think it is the fault of the bed as much as it is my body shape…:/

Mattress delivered as anticipated. Heavy but easy to deploy. Very good experience so far. Just a bit softer than expected. Pillows even better. They get 5+ stars. Customer service very helpful with glitches but still had to deal with sheet set shipped a week to early.

Best bed I've ever owned. I sleep so sound now at night and my back pain is non existent when I wake up in the morning. I used to own a tempurpedic. The ghost bed was more affordable and I sleep better and in less pain than my expensive temperpedic. A great quality product for your money.
