I placed an online pickup order and just opened my controller to find out that it is USED! The ZR button was stuck, which led me to investigate further. It was sticky and has obvious signs of use around the buttons. This is ridiculous.

These controllers seem legit but they are NOT. They will not connect to the switch system to recalibrate the controller. They were a Christmas present to my kids and it sucks that people cant list this item as REFURBISHED!!!

Product is fine. Issue was with delivery. The package was left in a different apartment complex and there was no address on package to let destination know it was incorrect. Very sloppy.

What can you say? It is the official Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. It is solidly built. Good battery life. Price is a bit high but comparable to other game systems.

My sister got me this for my birthday and it was absolutely amazing, the battery lasts forever buttons are top notch and charging takes quite a while but its worth it.

This is more of a ding on Nintendo but straight out the box, the controller has a slight drift already. Which is a total bummer. I bought it because my joy-cons were drifting and I thought the pro controller would last longer.

This was supposed to be an official licensed Nintendo Pro Controller, but it is not. The Nintendo logo isn't on it as pictured, and the word "Nintendo" isn't even on the box.

They’re selling fake remote controllers. It’s all counterfeit.. controllers do not update or sync properly and haptic feedback is uncontrollable.. terrible company

Waited a long time for Nintendo to make a solid controller for FPS (though I did like the Gamecube.) Fifth star left off for being a carbon clone of the X-Box controller while costing more and doing less.

Just bought brand new, after a week left analog stick rubber started to tear. Was excellent before that though. Now it scratches when turning the stick.
