This controller is almost as great as cherry "Pop Tarts" on a cool Autumn day or free ice cream sandwiches forever! It is built with a very slick but rugged design, high quality like most Nintendo 1st party products. Nintendo......... Disney of the video game world. I highly recommend this item!

100% a clone and not the official hardware. Right out of the box, the most notible difference is the rumble; official switch gear has a crisp and responsive feel, like a smartphone haptic feedback system. This controller feels like a weak rumble pack from the n64/gamecube era. You can easily test this in the "Find Controllers" dialogue on your switch and compare it against the joycons. I have a official pro controller purchased in store that sounds identical to the joycons, which makes this a stark contrast. That being said, I don't see any problems with using this device on the switch. I haven't put hours into it yet, but all the inputs seem to work fine. Just note that you may have issues with games requiring fast response to rumble. Only rating 2 stars as the sells are claming this is official Nintendo hardware when is obviously isn't. I'm fine with knock-offs branded as such, but peddling fakes as official hardware is disingenuous.

I am a hardcore gaming mom, and I bought my son a switch for his 14th birthday. the controller that comes with the console, where you can just put the two pieces together, is absolutely awful. I surprise them with this controller, and everything fell into place. we were both gaming better together, and he was ecstatic. even a week or two later, and he's still enjoying it

I didn't think I would like the pro controller and put off buying one for a long time. I never really played on the TV, but figured I might as well get it for the few times I did, so I didn't have to disconnect my joy-cons from the switch. I absolutely love it! I no longer play Splatoon 2 in handheld, and highly recommend a pro controller for anyone who uses docked mode a lot.

Does everything i expected to. Motion controls work, I'm able to turn on my system from the controller like with the joy cons, and it does feel comfortable in the hands, better than the joycons. The only concern is if drift will eventually occur, but that has yet to occur on my device (fingers cross and praying)

The best Controller for switch, at first I was hesitant to buy this controller knowing there are many alternatives out there but None of the other one have the intended functionality that this one has plus this one is super comfortable to play on, make sure you choose "sold and shipped by Walmart" I saw many reviews saying they got fake units, mine was original fully functional.

Mi kid love this control because is wireless but also has a built in rechargeable battery. Construction seems heavy duty and he really motive the difference and increased quality of the product. I should not have expected less considering the high cost when compared to similar products.

This was advertised as a genuine Nintendo controller, but was obviously a fake! I searched online to find clues concerning fake Nintendo Switch Pro Controllers and this had all the signs….should’ve known that the price was too good to be true! At least Walmart took it back and issued me a refund, do yourself a favor and just buy the real thing!

NOT A REAL CONTROLLER. Packaging is very convincing at first glance, but as many other users have pointed out, this is not a real controller. "Controller" is spelled on the box as "Controll er", which I checked, is not present on any official box. Image quality on the box is also very low. The controller inside was very cheap, you can tell it's fake just by holding it.

Surprisingly this had joycon analog stick drift right out of the box. It took several calibrations and powering my switch on and off several times before it started working consistently. I bought this because my existing joycons were drifting and I thought "Well, the PRO controller won't do that, right?" Yeah, no. Nintendo's build quality is still a bit suspect. It did eventually start working but who knows when it's going to croak?
