[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is the best razor ever made. It makes my busy life a lot easier. I don't have to shave as often as I did before. I don't even have stubbes with it like I do other razors. I will be recommending it to even more people.

The multiple blades were nice to get the stubborn hairs. Especially liked the wide blades for quick shaving. Less stokes and less time spent shaving. My legs were smooth and silky. Great razor.

We all dread that point when we bust out the shorts and skirts because it requires a little more upkeep. This razor does a great job, shaves well, and doesn't miss spots so you don't spend forever shaving getting the smooth legs you hope for. This razor does the job, does it well, and takes the work out of smooth legs. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using my BIC Soleil Shine razor for about 2 weeks, I am mostly pleased with the design of the razor. My legs are smoother than they have been in months. I love the moisture strip on the razor. It makes my legs super soft. I love the way the razor fits in my hand, and the pivoting head makes shaving easy. The only complaint I have is with the plastic safety cover. I am used to having a cover that can be easily removed by sliding it either left or right. This razor blade cover can only be removed in one direction. It has a plastic block on the other side. This isn't a huge deal, but it is a little annoying in the mornings to have to stop and look at the razor to figure out which way to slide the cover off, especially since I'm not wearing contacts yet, and I'm still half asleep. This could be resolved by throwing away the cover and not dealing with it regularly, but I like the extra protection for my clumsy morning moments.

Still not as nice or ergonomical as the more pricey resuabale type where you exchange just the blade cartridge. I haven't notice any rusting of the blades either. Good sharp blades that cut pretty easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think Bic Soleil shine razor's will be a summer must have for me this year. It has been seven days since I lasted shaved my legs. Though the hair has started to grow back it is soft not hard . This is the first time I've ever used a razor with 5 blades so I was nervous at first. Now I'm a fan. My legs looked smooth. Bic Soleil shine razor really give a clean shave. The blades glided on your legs. No need to add pressure. I love how the handle feel's like it was made just for my hands. I gave a friend one to try and she said that she is not going back to her old 2 blade disposable razor. I think Bic Soleil shine razor is a must have for the summer. It will give you smoother legs for long. Also great for underarm to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was elated to find that I would be able to try out the new BIC Soleil Shine for free in exchange for an honest review. Last summer I got hooked on the BIC Soliel Glow, so I assumed this would be similar. Unfortunately, they aren't that close in quality. The Shine isn't a bad razor, but it's not an amazing one, either. It doesn't glide easily across skin without shaving cream, and the shave isn't bad, but not really close. The first time shaving with it I nicked myself 3 times, and whatever lubrication is there doesn't feel like anything much. I didn't really notice the head pivoting, and the five blades is definitely better than two, but that feature didn't put it over the top. It didn't take long for the razor to feel pretty dull, and I stopped using it. This is not a low quality razor, and for the right price I would buy it often as my value razor

The handle took a little getting used to since you need to keep it at a certain angle for the closest shave, but it doesn't slip mid shave! The 5 razors and a boxy head gives a great close shave. I didn't notice it so much on my legs, but on my underarms it was like a new world. With my previous razors I would shave so many times I would take skin off my armpits trying to get most of my hair, but with these razors it only took a few swipes in a few directions to get every hair! With summer coming, these razors are all I will be using! I highly recommend these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to start using the BIC Soleil Shine razors (thanks BIC and BzzAgent). I mean, come on, a lot of shower time in the spring/summer is spent on shaving so it's got to be a good experience. Starting off timidly, I realize I had not used a BIC since the single blade days... and yet I found myself loving the blade! Timidity quickly turned into a normal shave. I love the light feel of the razor and the great job it did on my legs. It felt like my legs were smoother...shiny perhaps. What a great razor! Well, At least from my knees down. And underarms too. However the upper leg/thigh area was a different story. One word summarizes it: butcher. I felt like I was being cut up. I checked to make sure i was holding it right, nothing was caught in the blade, went slower,...but the ouchie" feeling continued. It wasn't until the last 2 strokes that I realized I could switch to another razor. The results: smooth legs and under arms. The verdict: hung jury. I am not sure if my upper legs were just sensitive that day (not a normal thing for me). I will try the razor again. The results were great and the lower legs looked and felt amazing."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a love/hate relationship with shaving. Who doesn't love having silky smooth legs? But, sometimes razors leave my legs feeling dry, scratchy, and not smooth. I have pretty sensitive skin so I'm not able to use most shaving gels/creams out there and usually just use my regular soap. Since that's the case I have to be careful about the smoothing strips on razors I use, sometimes they irritate my skin. I also like to have a very close shave and really take my time while shaving to accomplish that but it really comes down to having a good razor. With all that said, I'd give the BIC Soleil Shine razors 4 out of 5 starts. They're cute, easy to grip, and had no issues with irritated skin afterwards. I really think the five blades contributed to having a really smooth close shave, which was great! The only thing I would mark it down for is that it felt a bit stiff" to use. I didn't feel like the head would pivot with the curves of my legs and felt like I have to be very careful not to cut myself. All in all I had great results and would buy this product on my own."
