[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this razor for a almost a week now. I must say it gives you a closer shave each time you use it. I love how soft my skin is after using it. The 5 blades sit perfectly and the moisture strip. The pivating head glides with the contours of your skin when using it so you don't cut yourself! A great added feature is the rubberized grip so you don't lose it when your hand are all slippery!!! I definitely recommend this razor to anyone wanting a smooth feeling! Just to add this razor will get "anywhere" nice and smooth without bumps or cuts!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to like this razor, but I must say that I was sorely disappointed. It scraped, but didn't get the hair. It is cute and girly, but highly impractical. This product may appeal to the young and some older because of the color, but this is truly one of those 'pink' ticket items where they are more expensive than say if you purchased a razor advertised and sold for men. It is ineffective at doing what it's suppose to do. I tried this razor as I would use any razor. I tried it with saving cream, foam, gel, shampoo and conditioner (yes, I do this: no waste in my home), and finally just with water to see how the 'moisturizing strips work). Let me just tell you that it came up lacking on all fronts. I felt skinned alive instead of silky smooth and confident, as the picture on the coupons would have you to believe. Final verdict: Skip due to price, impracticality and lack of usefulness. Keep the one you have been using, ladies or better yet, take a few steps to the men's section of the aisle and pick up the BIC hybrid advanced disposable razor that comes with 6 cartridges. It also have 3 blades, but a much thicker shaver handle and better shave any day. I give one star for color and advertisement.

Next I've never tried a five blade razor and now I can't even think why. The 5 blades give me such a close shave, my legs have never felt so smooth after shaving. It glided so well it was like effortless to shave thanks to the pivot head. I will definitely use these again.

I look for smooth skin that feels like silk after a shower, as well as something that does not give me razorburn. I like this product, but I have to use a lot of shaving cream to make sure that I do not knick my skin, since I am not used to using this many razors on a female razor. I am excited to use this razor to shave my legs because it leaves them super smooth after a shower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Typically, I really don't like 5 blade razors because my skin is very sensitive, but I love the close shave that they give me! I was so happy to find that using these doesn't make my skin flakey, or cut up my shins or anything. If you have sensitive skin like me, you may want to limit your use of this razor, but I can't recommend enough that you incorporate it into your routine somehow! I did like that the pivoting head increased the areas I could reach with the blades, so I got a very smooth and even shave overall. (There's nothing worse than random patches all along your legs!) What you need to keep in mind is that, because of the 5 blades and the width of the razor head, you really don't need to pass the razor over you skin more than once or twice. Doing so will only irritate your skin, and besides-- there's no need! It gives a clean shave in just two passes for me (and I have think hair unfortunately). It's such a timesaver! Anyways, I would suggest giving this product a try, especially if you'll be vacationing or spending time by the pool soon!

It gave me a great close shave, and the best part is that it did not cut me. I usually always end up with getting a nick or two when I shave, but that did not happen with this razor. The handle is nice too, it has good grip and doesn't slide out of your hand. I would recommend this to family and friends.

I've been using Venus razors for as long as I can remember so it was interesting for me to give another brand a try. The razors I've grown accustomed to have 3 blades. This Bic Soleil Shine razor had 5 blades! I didn't think that it would make a difference and thought it was just a marketing thing but the 5 blades and pivoting head made it much easier and gave a closer shave in less time. I usually stick with one brand but now I have 2 brands I can depend on for my shaving needs. Very glad I took up the opportunity to try something new. Highly recommend the Bic Soleil razor especially with summer approaching and need for shaving increases during shorts and bathing suit season.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These razors come two in a pack. You get a pink one and a yellow one. The razors are plastic with a rubber grip area and five blades. If you buy these in a store, they are pretty expensive for just two razors. I had looked at them and considered them once prior to this campaign, but the price turned me off. When I tried the Bic Soleil Shine, I found it difficult to figure out how to remove the plastic cover over the blades. As a result, I cut my thumb really badly... blood everywhere. Who cuts their THUMB shaving? After this hurdle, as I started shaving, I found the razor to feel heavy and bulky, which I didn't like. I wasn't extremely impressed with the moisture strip either. I managed to get a smooth, close shave better than any prior shave in my life. However, I was covered in tiny red bumps. Getting bumps and irritation from shaving isn't normal for me. There are good and bad aspects of these razors. I'm sure they are awesome and perfect for some people, but they aren't right for me. I most likely will avoid them in the future.

For the last several years I have used disposable razors and have tried several brands...but have not found one that I love. The Soleil razor from BIC is now my favorite razor! When I first opened the package, I noticed right away the large easy to grip handle, unlike other disposables that only provide you with just skinny hard plastic handles. The 5 blades are great for getting all of those hairs and also help the razor to last a lot longer. This razor is priced just right for what you get from it! I will be using my free coupons to buy these razors in the future. I am ready for summer and the beach...thanks BIC and BzzAgent:)
