The Soleil Shine has 5 blades so it easily removes my thick, dark hair. It also has a pivoting head to get all of the tricky spots, like behind my knees without annoying cuts. They gave me a close enough shave that the hair didn't grow back for about 2 days(for me thats a record) & its not ugly, like my husbands razors that I frequently use. BIC is also always putting out coupons, that make these even more affordable. You can typically find them online AND they come in some of they packages of razors you buy. I would definitely recommend giving these a try, for sure. I know these bad boys, ha or girls should I say, are my new go to razor. Good day :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very hesitant to try these.. I have super sensitive skin on my legs, so I usually stick with what I know. I'm glad I decided to try these! They didn't upset my skin, which is a HUGE plus! They gave a very smooth shave. I love the 5 blades! However, I did nick my legs a couple of times while I was shaving, I don't have that problem with my Venus, so that was a huge Con for me. But I think I'm just used to shaving with my Venus, so next time I'll go slower while shaving with this razor. Also, when I opened these razor they did have a very strong smell to them.. It was unpleasant.. But once I started using them, the smell faded and now they don't smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first thought when I saw the Bic Soleil Shine razors was that I usually don't see disposable razors with 5 blades! I had stopped using the regular Bic Soleil razors after my first buy a couple years ago because the head didn't pivot. However, these Soleil Shine razor heads DO pivot! They don't have a super huge moisture strip to get all goopy and 5 blades does a very close shave at one swipe. The handle is bright and easy to find in the shower/bathroom, though I think overall the design is a little basic looking, especially the heads. While I prefer less waste and use reusable-handles with just buying cartriges, these will be great to use while travelling!

Previously they gave me razor burn and did not last more than a couple shaves. Well, I have been proven wrong. I was pleasntly surprised how great these razors work. What I liked: 1. close shave 2. has lasted a month of use (shaving 2-3 times per week) 3. stylish design 4. 5 blades 5. easy on skin (no razor burn!) If and when I buy more disposable razors, this will be my go to!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never used a 5 blade razor before and was actually quite skeptical of the five blade BIC Soleil Shine razors being able to shave through my pale, unshaven (I'm talking about not shaving through most of winter!) legs. But by golly it worked! All it took was one vertical glide from my ankle to my knee to remove all the hair. I did not have to stop halfway up the glide to rinse the razor nor did I find many if any stray hairs after I was done shaving my entire legs. The handle was easy to grasp and did not slide out of my hand, the pivoting head helped the blades glide smoothly over my legs without causing any nicks or cuts, and the soothing moisture strip lefts my legs feeling smooth and moiusturized-no dryness or itchiness whatsoever. This is a product I can totally stand behind and recommend.

It's March in Minnesota, which means I haven't shaved all winter and it's time to shave my leg pelts for spring - a task I dread every year. Imagine my horror when I went to shave and found I'm out of shaving gel! Good thing I had the new Soleil Shine razor. Even shaving with some random shower gel, I was done in less than 2 minutes with the closest, smoothest leg-shaving experience of my life. I typically use Bic Soleil disposable razors (the kind with 3 blades), but who knew the extra 2 blades would make such a major difference?! They also have a moisturizing strip on both sides of the blades, which likely helped with my less-than-ideal shaving without shaving cream situation. I will be interested to see how long these last me. Usually I need to use one razor per leg during my Spring Shaving Struggle, and after one leg they're so gunked up with hair they just go straight in the trash. I used one razor on both legs, and afterwards compared the blades to those of the other unused razor in the package - and not only is it not gunked up, I can't even tell which one I used! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These BIC Soleil Glow disposable razors are great! I am 7 months pregnant and it is hard to find a good , affordable razor that does the job. With the pivoting head I can get to all the hard to reach places such as my ankles and under my legs and knees. With the hydrating moisturizing strip and 5 flexible blades I get a close shave without any cuts or nicks. I would recommend these razors to all my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely enjoyed the Bic Soleil Shine razor. As a dedicated user of Bic Soleil products, I was eager to try the new razor. I expected it to be good, but it exceeded my expectations. As usual, the handle provided a comfortable grip while shaving. I was able to get a remarkably close shave without having any skin irritation. Usually after shaving under my arms there is a little burning sensation when I put on my deodorant. After using the Shine razor, there was absolutely no burning sensation when I put on my deodorant. I was very excited. I will definitely keep using the Shine razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to be honest when I think Bic for razors I think cheap an eh so so quality but these little soleil shine razors made me take that back- they worked great and kept my legs and under arms hair free for my trip to Vegas- my friend was equally impressed as I gave her one of the razors to use while we were there too.. I will consider purchasing them in the future and will let others know that they are worth trying.. no nicks and no need for a band aid and my skin was smooth for a day longer than my normal razor - great value for the money you would spend on it.

I get done shaving in half the time and the pivoting head makes it so much easier to get difficult places like your knees. And the fact that it's disposable and I don't have to worry about expensive replacements is awesome. I definitely won't be going back to my old razor after using the soleil shine!
