[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't really notice a difference between the 3 blade Bic Soleil and the 5 blade. Personally, I had just as great a shave with the 3 blade shavers as the Bic Soleil. All in all, still a great product, but as a budget conscious shopper I can only give it 3 stars for the price tag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They get clogged with hair pretty quickly, so I would only use this when I'm stubby verses when I haven't shaved in a few weeks. Other than that, it's a good product, I enjoyed it. My legs were smooth after I shaved and I only had to go over each section of hair one time (BIG PLUS !!!). I would definitely invest in these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so I don't normally use disposable razors, I think they are cheap, flimsy, easy to cut myself with, dull quickly and I drop them all the time. I was able to try the new BIC Soleil Shine razors #GotItFree and I am rather impressed. The handle design is unlike any other disposable and resembles high-quality, female non-disposable razor grips, making it secure and easy to use and reach difficult places without fear of it slipping and slicing your leg. The fact that there are 5 blades makes it even that much better. The blades themselves are still thin, as would be expected of a disposable, but having 5 of them helps prevent razor burn and quick dulling. I will definitely be buying these for my travel bag from here on out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used other BIC razors before (in fact was using one before starting this trial), so was excited to try out the BIC Soleil Shine free. This one was a little shorter than my previous BIC razor and a nice festive color. The comfort strip only produced a noticeable difference on the first use, feeling a little slimy. After that, it seemed just like my other razor. Same with the quality of the razor blades themselves. The first time, I was a little displeased because they left a bit of razor burn on my legs, but after that, they seemed to work the same as my previous BIC. Which isn't bad, since BIC does a good job, just it didn't stand out as any big step above the older model. BIC makes quality razors, but doesn't need gimmicks to deliver a good shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking forward to trying this type of razor. Normally, I can only afford the cheap store brand. Upon first look, the packaging was very colorful, clear in the type and copy that was used. A drawback, though, in the packaging, was the construction. Even with scissors, I had a very difficult time trying to get the package open. If there is to be any improvement to this product, I would put a change in packaging at the top of the list. The razors are very bright in color. The head pivots very smoothly. The cheaper razors that I usually use have only three blades. These razors have five blades. For once, I did not cut myself while shaving my legs. I do believe that the amount of blades does make a difference. The handle, though, is another matter. While it did indeed feel good in my (small) hands, the fact that it had silicone on the handle bothered me. Most razors that I have used in the past have had plastic handles that were plain or had ridges on the surface. I like to recycle as much as possible and this product in its current state would make that task very difficult to do. Finally, I'd like to address the price of this razor. I feel that $6.99 is a little too much, considering that only two come in the package. For me, they were only used once. I don't shave every day but for women who shave quite often, this, I feel, is nowhere near a bargain. So, all in all, I would recommend this but with some reservations. I hope the Company can at least fix the handle in the future, not just with this variety of razor but any one that they have in their line, Men or Women's.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly pleased with these razors. I was able to use them several times over a few weeks. They definitely don't last like non disposable razors, but I don't think they're meant to. I was able to go 2-3 days with smooth legs before needing to shave again, and I don't have thin hair on my legs. I would suggest not using them on your underarms. They gave me razor burn and it was not fun wearing deodorant after. I found that after shaving my legs I needed to use lotion to ease the burn. You should use shaving cream while using these razors, it makes it smoother. Don't let the perforated part fool you, you will need to use scissors to separate the two parts. I tried bending them apart and that didn't work. All in all I think it is worth purchasing if you're looking for a disposable razor. Out of all the disposable razors I have used these are the ones I like the most!

In answer to the What would I want to know before I get his product? question I would say knows the packaging is hard to get open :) know that 2 razors come in the pack and that you are getting a fabulous deal and a great shave. The razors give a close shave getting all the hair on my leg so I don't get out of the shower and have to get back in :D. My personal experience was everything I could have asked for and more! They are amazing razors give a wonderful shave and they are a good price plus if you have coupons they are an even better deal. I am in love with these and their packaging is so cute too!!! The blades are nicely sharp, and the 5th blade does wonders. These razors actually moisturize the skin, leaving mine feeling brand new. I do recommend these razors to everyone. They are fantastic.
