[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first heard of the campaign, I HAD to join because who wouldn't want to try out new razors? The day they came in I had to test them out. The idea of having five blades scared me at first but boy oh boy, when I used it, it sure did the work! Let's not forget about the colorful yet comfortable handle. Now, I'm not a fan of the colors pink and yellow, but, I don't mind it because it was comfortable to hold on to. After testing it out, I told my mom and my younger sister they should get the same razors because it worked so good (I gave them my coupons) so hopefully they'll like it as much as I did.

I've been using Venus razors for as long as I can remember so it was interesting for me to give another brand a try. The razors I've grown accustomed to have 3 blades. This Bic Soleil Shine razor had 5 blades! I didn't think that it would make a difference and thought it was just a marketing thing but the 5 blades and pivoting head made it much easier and gave a closer shave in less time. I usually stick with one brand but now I have 2 brands I can depend on for my shaving needs. Very glad I took up the opportunity to try something new. Highly recommend the Bic Soleil razor especially with summer approaching and need for shaving increases during shorts and bathing suit season.

I love the handle, it gives you the perfect little spot to put your finger for support. The 5 blades give a very close shave, I don't think I'll need to shave again for a month ! Lol. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am truly in love with these razors. Not only was the moisture strip amazing but I was shocked by the closeness of the shave. I have never had a razor that I was able to feel giving me such a close shave. Not only were my legs and underarms smooth and soft, I didn't have to shave for 2 days. As a woman, shaving is one of those daunting tasks that has to be done. With these razors I'm only having to shave 3 times a week versus 7 times a week. My results were so amazing my husband used one to shave his face and he said that he would be using these razors instead of his guy razors from now on. As an added bonud the handle is easy to hold. Unlike most razors that slip and slid out of your hands, these were easy to hold onto. The entire design makes for a quick, easy flawless shave. I didn't have to hold it at awkward angles to shave my knees to pendent cuts. The head pivoted smoothly and I didn't have to go over my knees multiple times to make sure that I didn't miss any spots. These will be the only razors I will ever buy again.

I had a older version of this bic soleil razor and had been using it for over year and it was still sharp and had moisture strip! Sometimes i didn't even use shaving cream and it never knicked my skin. I like the thicker grip handles they have now, the bright summer colors they come in and it didn't chaff or snag my skin(my arm pits are bumpy). I will be long time user!

I usually shy away from bic razors because of not so wonderful past experiences of razor burn and cuts but it's been years so why not give them another chance. The Bic soliel shine gave a perfect first impression, glittery colorful razor that easy glided over my curves without a problem. I was left with perfectly smooth legs and not horrible razor bumps. So glad I was encouraged to give Bic another try by recieving them free to review because if not I'd be missing out on a great product.

We both agree that we love the closeness that the 5 blades provide. I have noticed that I only need to shave like 2-3 times a week, where as before I would need to shave 6-7 days a week. When the hair comes back in, it feels softer and finer. We loved the grip that the handle provided. She loved her razor 100%. To me, I feel that the handle still had a disposable" feel to it. It made the razor feel cheap. The blades and the way it shaves is amazing. I would definitely considered buying this razor in the future."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Soleil Shine razor from BIC isn't just a pretty product (although the cute design doesn't hurt!) Every stroke from this razor was a close, comfortable shave that left my skin feeling soft and amazing. With other razors I have had to spend time going over the same spot to get the same kind of results that the Soleil Shine can give me in a single stroke. The pivoting head makes it a lot easier to contour to the skin, which is fantastic for that tricky armpit area that everyone hates. With other razors I usually end up leaving with all kinds of nicks and cuts but the Soleil was an effortless, pain-free shave! This product is definitely worth it and I would recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hope you will take my honest opinion. I used the razor once and did not like it at all. I have Keratosis Pilaris so my skin is kind of rough in certain areas. This razor left a ton of cuts and I wasn't impressed. To many blades I think for my skin and I won't be using again. On a positive note my husband was out if his own razors so he used the 2nd one I got in the kit and he loved it! I did also like the handle on the razor and liked the way it felt in my hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would first like to say I'm not sure my legs have ever been as smooth as the BIC Soleil Shine got them. I think the 5 blades achieve exceptional closeness and smoothness but it may be a little too much for me. I felt like I really had to pay close attention to every curve for fear gliding over one too quickly or with any amount of pressure would surly end in bloodshed. I think the design is very comfortable to hold and keep a good grip to prevent dropping the razor which I hate doing because when you have to retrieve it all of the shaving gel gets rinsed off and ugh, who has time for that! It did feel almost like too close of a shave in some spots on my leg so I think next time I will try a thinking coat of shave gel to see if that solves that issue as I have tried a regular gel and a gel cream.
