[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received BIC Soleil Shine in the mail and couldn't wait to use it. Now that spring is here I shave my legs several times a week. After the winter where shaving is less likely to be done on a regular basis, I really appreciated the five blades on this razor! It seems to do a better job of removing hair and leaving a smooth feel than the other lower quality disposables.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really curious about trying the BIC Soleil Shine disposable razors mainly because I'm faithful to the brand that I always use. I've never even noticed Bic before I don't know if it's because of the packaging or the price. So when bzzagent offered this campaign I jumped on it. I shaved my armpits and I was nervous about getting nicked because although it has a pivoting head it still feels stiff I was happy that I didn't get nicked and I got a close shave and that's because of the 5 blades which I like. I don't really understand the purpose of the conditioning strips that are on there I don't see what purpose it serves it doesn't lather up like some of the other brands. I have to say two Days Later my underarms are still smooth and I'm happy about that. I have to say my underarms have been really itchy and that never happens. It really doesn't matter to me about the color of the Disposable razor as long as it works I would be more likely to buy it if it had the chunky soapy moisturizing bar on it that just gives me a peace of mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ive tried multiple razor in the past and found that most of the razors out there gave me a bad razor burn and I had to keep making passes to get all the hair shaved off but once I tried bic I was in and out of the shower in no time and had smooth legs with NO RAZOR BURN!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to participate in the Soleil Shine razor campaign. Perfect time for spring season. All ladies know it is the time to break out the new razors! Skirts and shorts are on the horizon. I was happy when I opened the box that there were 2 razors and a bunch of coupons. First thing I noticed was the 5 blades. I've never had a razor with this many blades. I was interested if it would make a difference. The handle was a nice length and comfortable. I had just purchased some new shave cream and figured it out be a great time to try the razor. I found the pivoting head gives you a nice close shave because it glides down the skin. The 5 blades most likely contribute to that as well. I am not usually a fan of disposable razors but these did NOT leave my skin bumps or irritated. I have pretty sensitive skin in the armpit area and usually end up with a lot of red bumps. With the Soleil razors I did not experience that. I tried these razors with both shave cream and body wash and got the same results so I am confident the smooth non irritating result was from the razor. I gave the coupons to many family members that were meeting me for a family vacation and they all liked the razors as well! So it may be family approved!

The moisturizer strip around the 5 blades made it so I have ZERO razor burn. The 5 blades made it so I didn't cut my legs. I can't remember the last time I cut my legs while shaving! The pretty colored handles, while not important, are cute and feminine, and I like them. Overall, I'm a fan for sure! And I got to try them for free through bzzagent!

I don't have to worry about my husband stealing it by accident with the bright handle. The pivoting head makes it so much more simple. 5 blades? Yes please! With one pass all the hair is gone. With 3 sons I don't have time to take 20 minutes per leg shaving and with Bic Soleil Shine I don't have to. Plus they seem to last a few weeks so no blowing thru them and having to buy more all the time. Love them!

When I received this razor, I used it right away because I was excited to see the results! I never would have guessed that I would be this happy with a disposable razor! You can not go wrong by purchasing this product! The razor is comfortable to hold and has 5 blades that really do get the job done in half the time! I did not have to go back over areas where as I would have to with my old razor. I have made the switch to BIC Soleil Shine disposable razor! I will not be purchasing any other type of razor for myself!

The moisture strip actually working against my skin as soon as the razors have went over the skin was extremely nice. The grip is a good sized for the fingers & easy to hold onto with no slipping. The colors are very vibrant & fun for us girls. A touch of feminism. The pivoting head makes it so easy to shave around & under knee with no problems what so ever. Arm pit area a breeze! Overall the product itself is amazing and very well designed. Cons- The package only comes with two razors. The price is too high for me. As a family of four who all use razors this is way to much for me to spend. The con factor is what made me give this product a three star rating.

Upon first glance, they look fun with the bright colors and very ergonomic for good handling. The packaging is informative for first time buyers so that is good - the see through packaging allows the consumer to see what they are getting and the graphics are great at relaying what the shaver offers, like the pivoting head and 5 blades, probably the most important information for the consumer. So first impression was good and they even smelled good too! I was skeptical about performance but hopeful because of the 5 blades and pivoting head. I tried it in the shower and they feeled a little lightweight in my hand - normally I like some weight to my shavers because it feels like weight gives it better control in my hand but once I was used to the light weight, it felt okay to use and seemed to handle well. It did seem to be a little slippery in my hand so the handle could use some improvement. The pivoting head did help around the knee area and near my ankles so that is a good design. I feel the shave itself was not as close as non disposable shavers and it missed some hairs but probably the best shaver I have used when it comes to a disposable. No nicks to report so that is very important to note because I hate when I nick myself. Overall a great design for a disposable shaver, perfect for traveling - looks great, the pivoting head and five blades perform well, and designed nicely for female hands.
