Overall, very satisfied.

We have these on our Mazda CX-5 and even with 19" rims, these tires perform really well. These are not noisy, perform well in dry and wet and corner decently well. Pretty happy with the durability so far and highway comfort is good. Handsome and not loud on the highway for us, as others have mentioned.

Horrible ride

I bought these in 2021 and will never purchase again. They ride horrible, especially over any slightly rough-ish roads or bumps it feels like you're hitting your actual wheel. I have had them checked several times to make sure they are inflated correctly and good condition because the ride is so bad and have been told the tires are fine they are just not smooth riding. I have them on my 2016 Honda Accord and cannot wait to change them out!!

Terrible

Absolutely terrible tires! Loud, noisy terrible traction and if you drive in winter good luck! Very disappointing that even in AWD at slow speeds I'd be sliding and can't turn. Came on my new suv I bought and at 36,000 miles they need replacing already.

comfort, performance

I love the quiet, comfort, and luxury ride these tires provide. Yet, I am very unsatisfied with the tread life. My tires were completely worn at 50,000 miles. With the expense, expected quality, and performance am very disappointed. Michelin has always provided me top quality. My family, including my grandparents, have always owned Michelin and nothing else. My grandfather was in the tire business for 30 years and always owned Michelin. They need to make the life of the tire last longer. I have always exceeded the warranty rating on every Michelin tire that I have owned until now.

Merely acceptable summer performance, terrible in snow

These Michelin Primacy Tour A/S tires came factory-installed on my 2025 Chevy Blazer RS, and they are completely unsafe for "real" Canadian winter conditions, especially in Alberta. In dry weather they're merely acceptable, but the moment temperatures dropped and snow appeared, they became outright dangerous. I had to drive over three hours in snowy conditions (Not whiteout conditions, just simply "winter" driving with some snow fall) with 3 passengers and could not safely exceed 70 km/h in a 110 km/h zone because the vehicle was constantly sliding and nearly fishtailing, even with light steering, gentle acceleration, and plenty of space. Traction was essentially nonexistent. The car never felt planted or predictable until the last bit of the drive where I was finally able to safely accelerate to the appropriate highway speed without feeling like I was putting my passengers in danger — there was A LOT of white-knuckle driving. For a tire marketed as “All-Season” and sold factory-equipped on a vehicle in Canada, this performance is honestly embarrassing. These tires provide zero confidence, zero winter grip, and zero margin for error once conditions are anything less than dry. If you live anywhere that sees snow, ice, or cold temperatures, avoid these tires entirely. I will be replacing them immediately, and will likely be going back to the CrossClimate2s

Poor Durability - Big Hassle

We purchased a new 2022 Kia Telluride equipped with OEM Michelin tires, and unfortunately, our experience has not met the quality we've come to expect from the brand. One tire has had a slow leak since day one, requiring air every 3–4 weeks. Despite multiple inspections by the dealership and tire shops — including remounting and leak checks — no visible issue has been found, and the problem persists. Additionally, we were informed that the tires showed excessive wear with less than 20,000 miles on them, which is far below what we anticipated from Michelin. As longtime customers who have trusted Michelin for durability and performance, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. We're hoping Michelin will stand behind their product and help resolve this under warranty.

Good experience, but worried about using tire sealant

I have about 50k km on my tires so far and they are wearing very well. The foam rubber does make a noticeable reduction in road noise, but it's not huge. The one thing that concerns me now that I didn't think about when I bought them is that my PHEV does not have a spare tire. Instead it has a bottle of tire sealant and an air pump to seal the tire sufficiently to get to a tire repair centre. I don't know what kind of mess this might make with the foam insert and how this might affect patching the tire. I plan to use CAA to get a tow if possible instead of risking injecting the tire with sealant if I get a flat.

Worn out at 27,000 Miles-(warrenty was 55, 000)

I brought my Ford Explorer into my local Ford Dealer for routine oil change this week and was disappointed to hear all 4 of my tires need to be replaced. My car has been in to this dealer for all routine maintenance since I purchased it. One of the 4 tires were at 3 32nds and needing immediate attention. They ended up putting my spare tire on in the interim. Scarry as I have to littles that ride with me. My Explorer only has 27,000 miles, the tires suggest a limited 55,000-mile warranty. I am not even halfway there yet, and they need to be replaced. I have the Michelin Primacy A/S 255/55/R20 V110 -Definitely would not recommend.

No tread left at 30,000 miles

I purchased a new Kia Sportage in 2022. I recently noticed the tires seem to have no tread, and during my recent oil change service, the dealer stated I needed new tires - AT UNDER 30,000 miles!!! I'm currently at 31,000 and don't feel safe driving them with so little tread. Very disappointed. I will be replacing with Goodyear tires.

Exceptionally uncomfortable tires on rough roads

Purchased in 2022 and these ride exceptionally smooth and quiet in great roads but on rough and bumpy roads they are the worst for this price. You can feel everything on the road and my poor car stares at me! If you are living in a place with super good roads, hands down you will be happy with these..
