Hello, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to hear that you and your kitty are dissatisfied with our Total Control Scented Litter with the power of Febreze. While we expect our product to perform better than this, we'd love to share a few tips with you. First, we recommend covering the new litter with about 1/2 inch of the current litter being used to make it less drastic. Gradually decrease the amount of the previous litter, and increase the amount of new product, and the area where the box was previously situated, should be completely cleaned. Please try to notice when the cat approaches that area, and physically move it to the new litter box location. While we hope these tips were helpful, we'd love to make this right again. So we may proceed, please give us a call at 800-284-2287 and mention this reference number: 191126-000359. 'Looking forward to talking to you soon.
