I purchased this by accident. They are a good size burger, not messy rather easy to cook. I used a skillet. I added spices and the taste improves but definitely not as tasty as a beef burger. The texture takes some getting used to, very mushy. However, they fill you up, I was not hungry for several hours so definitely a good source of protein.
