Just eat real meat do not be tricked this is way less healthy for you than the grass finished beef .

Very convincing meat pattie replacement (it even bleeds when you cook it!) But the flavor just is not good. I'll be throwing out the package.

If you're avoiding beef for health reasons, just eat a salad. This stuff is highly processed and horrible for your health.
