We are in love with this t.v. and all the features it has.. not to mention you do not have to be tech savvy to use it. First off it's very light in comparison, it also operates with little or no heat so that's got to be an energy savings. The picture is fantastic, clear and focused. The remote is easy to use and has an built in battery that can be charged with a USB cable, nice feature. The Samsung channels are really great, nice break from regular TV.

When a show is produced in 4K (not everything is - yet) - the colors, the depth, the blacks - are phenomenal. If I don't say so myself - I really picked a great one this time!! Thanks, Samsung.

The smart remote takes some getting used to but the Alexa feature (which I forget about a lot) is a big help. It's pretty easy to set up and not overly heavy so 1 person should be able to set everything up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Q60 in any size is a big step up from any previous models such as a 7 or 8 series. If you want brighter more vivid pictures and faster processor then take the plunge and get QLED over a 7 or 8 series.

Sound is good, don't need a soundbar to have good sound. Samsung home page which is included has many shows for kids and adults alike. Love the remote control with Alexa that helps me scroll through content easily! Overall very happy with my purchase.

Beyond the size of the picture, the colors are vibrant and I couldn't be happier. Something that might seem small or trivial is the solar charging remote - no more batteries dying at the most inopportune times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the TV but I HATE the operating system. I won this TV in a contest. I never would buy a Samsung simply because their operating system is horrible. It's ugly and messy. It's not user-friendly. The Roku operating system is 1,000 times better.
