The Oral-B iO 9 should last between 7-14 days on a single charge depending on your brushing habits. If you brush for the dentist-recommended two minutes, twice a day you should get at least 10 days from a single charge, but brushing more often will mean you’ll also need to charge the handle more often. It still doesn’t sound like you’re getting the battery life we expect, however, and we’d like to learn more about what’s going on so we can help. When brushing 4 minutes a day, we expect your iO Series 7 to last around 2 weeks. We're sorry it's not lasting as long as you had expected. Please charge the brush for 24 hours, discharge it completely, fully charge the brush again, and repeat 2-3 more times.
