[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] iO9 Series Black Onyx electronic toothbrush is the most unique and helpful toothbrush I've ever owned and used. The design of the toothbrush is modern, sleek, digital with images and even shows hello message and a happy face! The best part is that it cleans my teeth so well - I am blown away by the results everytime. All I had to do was install an app called OB professional on my phone and connect using bluetooth. The setup was super easy and I immediately went into brushing my teeth. I really liked that I was able to see an image of teeth on the app and the more I covered certain areas the more whiter the teeth on the image would become. Furthermore, it detects everytime you move the toothbrush to a different area or angle the toothbrush from inside of the teeth to the outside. It's truly incredible how far technology and this toothbrush has taken us. I was able to select between 7 different modes: daily clean, whiten teeth, tongue cleaning, gum care, sensitive, super sensitive and intense. To cover 16 zones around my mouth it took me about 4 minutes. At 5 minutes the toothbrush automatically would turn off. Also, in the app I'm able to select a reminder for flossing, tongue cleaning, and mouthwash. This toothbrush came with 4 replacement heads, a charging travel case with a cord that connects to the traveling case and a separate magnetic charging stand. When charging the toothbrush the screen shows a bar level and a digital number depicting how much the toothbrush is charged. After so many years brushing my teeth and going to the dentist, who knew I could learn something from a toothbrush like this one?! I was able to customize a color on this toothbrush and while brushing it lets me know based on green light, customized color or red warning color if I'm going too hard on my gums. To protect my gums and teeth further in the future, this is such a helpful feature! Another plus to this toothbrush as I brush my teeth is that it gives me a report at the end. The report shows me how I did on brushing my teeth and if I missed any spots the visible image of the teeth is shown during brushing process and it gives me a percent when I went a bit too hard on the gums to improve for future. It also helps that it's lightweight, water proof, and easy to use around the mouth. The bristles are far from anything I've ever used before. I'm used to long and angled bristles. However, these toothbrush heads are unique as they really work on each and different tooth and angles. When cleaning my tongue it's a very quick process and really does a fabulous job leaving my whole mouth clean. This toothbrush leaves my sparkly white teeth so smooth and clean almost as if I left my dentist's office for a cleaning. I honestly wish I have discovered this toothbrush few years ago when I was going through invisalign treatment as I had to brush my teeth a million times a day. This toothbrush is truly the way to maintain good health and healthy teeth. After using this toothbrush for 2 weeks I've noticed how much whiter my teeth have gotten to be. Forget whitening my teeth, simply brushing my teeth 3 times a day does it! I loved that while using this toothbrush it was not loud and did not wake up my newborn! My young kids have loved watching me use this toothbrush so much that they are requesting for one for them for the holidays! The two things I would improve about this toothbrush is for the traveling case to have a UV light to sanitize the toothbrush and to make room for 2 brush heads for those that love to travel with their significant other and love to share their case. As right now I'm only able to place one toothbrush head in the traveling case. In addition, I would love to see more different colors for this particular toothbrush like purple, royal blue and green. Overall, magnificent electronic toothbrush that I cannot say enough positive things about! Very impressive!

The vibration is very powerful but the bristles on the brush head are nice and soft so it is a great balance. The many different setting options are nice and convenient, you pick a mode depending on what type of brush you’d like to achieve, such as daily clean or whitening mode. I like that the light on the handle helps guide you to using proper pressure. The toothbrush itself is very sleek and nice looking along with the magnetic charger. There is also a Bluetooth connection, to use with the app. I did have some trouble connecting to it but it offers some great additional features including which zones you need to focus more on and reminders when you need to change your brush head. There are just so many endless features, it’s a really neat toothbrush!

This toothbrush is blue tooth compatible . There are 5 different setting you can brush on including whitening, and gum care. If you are brushing correctly you will see a green light, if the light is red you are pushing to hard. It leaves my mouth feeling very clean. A good toothbrush I am happy I got.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best designer toothbrush I've ever received in my life. The box is very heavy, it has a very elegant package as well!! It has 4 heads that come with it, it has a charger to charge it up. I love how you can change the colors and they are very vibrant you push the circle button to change it. It also has different settings for different things. It has gentle for your tongue,gums,teeth it vibrates as well and it also has Bluetooth I think this was the best gift ever!! It's well worth the high price I really recommend this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to get the Oral-B black onyx toothbrush, always wanted an electric toothbrush but good ones are always so expensive. I really like that it had smart settings, I tend to brush too hard and the soft setting was great. And because it has its own travel case I can take it any where. Just not use to the small round head yet.

I saw the IO9 on an add somewhere. I really liked the features. I thought it probably won't live up to the hype and I was out of my mind to spend this much on a toothbrush. After a bit of a delay it finally arrived today (7/22). I've used it twice already. Believe the hype on this. It's a great brush, great features, and the feeling of clean after use is like I just walked out of a dentists office.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this electric toothbrush. It looks super sleek on my bathroom counter, and it’s shaped well and feels comfortable in my hand. The actual brush is small enough to get way in the back of my mouth and it’s soft, so it didn’t bruise my gums. The brush has several speeds, so you can find the one that’s most comfortable for you. My teeth felt so incredibly clean afterwards too! Highly recommend.

I tried this at CES a few months ago. It is amazing and I couldn't wait to get it for myself. I always considered myself as a good brusher-but with this iO brush, it's surprising how much cleaner my mouth feels. It's super smooth, and a lot less high pitched 'mosquito buzzing' of my old brush. The ability to real time track how I'm brushing-that's a cool gamification. Brushing my teeth is less of a chore. One thing I didn't know at the beginning was that you should go tooth to tooth, and let the brush do the work-that's my helpful tip to future buyers!! I highly recommend iO!

I love that the charging port is super small and it works like a magnet - just rest the toothbrush on it, and it charges. When I first got this toothbrush, I had to change the language, and it also has the option to choose the colors around the rim. I love that one button does everything. Now, whenever you use the toothbrush for less than 2 minutes (which you not be doing...haha) it gets mad, and shows a sad face, so use for 2 minutes plus and there will be a happy face on the small screen. All of the pieces come in the box along with a small pouch. It does have a buzzing sound like bees, and the vibration can be a little strong but will feel like it is actually doing a deep clean. After a while of not using, it will automatically shut off.

It has its own app, where you can download to your phone and communicate via Bluetooth. The app is well built. Has a brush replacement reminder and it give you the option for Amazon Dash replacement. This brush is so smart that it can detect how much pressure you are using while brushing & also recognize how you brush and help guide you to better brushing (within the app). Overall, this brush is well designed. The LCD that display the brush timer is nice. The display auto turns on when it picks up/moved and will auto turn off after so many second of being left alone (not wasting battery). The brush has a couple different brush mode that you can select from. Come with the usual base charger. Bonus is the travel pouch and travel brush holder.
