Love the Sensitive setting but the brush head is too large for my mouth and teeth. Oral B needs to manufacture more compact head sizes similar to their older styles because more than half the population is female and some of us have smaller jaws; mouths; teeth. This brush head is just too large and scrapes my gums. Not a pleasant experience. Would love the new iO if the brush head was smaller.

This new one is my third and it's state-of-the-art. I am crazy in love with this toothbrush. It has 5 smart modes: sensitive, gum care, whiten, intense+, daily care, so you can choose the appropriate setting for your particular need. It has a 2 minute timer that pulsates every 30 seconds so that you know when to move to another quadrant of your mouth. I can't say enough good things about this toothbrush.

I’ve had this amazing toothbrush (black onyx) for a couple of months now and my teeth have never felt cleaner! I love the way it tells you if your brushing too hard or if you’re brushing just right. I love how you can change the color of the light when it’s on (I love the pink). I love the smiley face when you brush for the 2 minutes and the sad face if you don’t. I love the different settings it has. I use “gum care” most often because my gums are sensitive. There’s so much to like about this toothbrush, I just can’t name them all haha oh and both of the chargers are really cool too! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an electric toothbrush that isn’t loud and that works great! The only thing I don’t like too much about it is the price! But it is worth it, if you can afford it. I love that they work with Affirm so I could make 4 equal payments! I want to get the whole family eventually!!

I tried the intense clean and at the end it felt like when I leave the dentist after a cleaning. Pretty powerful little brush. Would definitely recommend and know that you won't be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the iO7 Series Black Onyx toothbrush. It was easy to set up. I download the app to my phone, blue tooth it to my phone so I can keep track of my brushing. I also love the fact I can change the settings, to sensitive, whitening, gum care. My teeth feel so clean after using. I know that I am brushing my teeth correctly because it also has a timer, and if you didn’t brush long enough you will know. It also comes with a charger so you don’t have to worry about having to replace batteries.

I am a registered dental hygienist and I have had this brush for less than a year, using it twice daily. The power button (rubber) has fallen off and the brush will no longer charge. I also bought two other Oral B brushes for my family members—one of those will also not charge after only one week of use, and the other does charge, but no longer oscillates the brush head, rendering it useless. Between three people and three Oral B brushes, we do not have one working brush. Back to Sonicare I go.

My dentist recommended I get a rechargeable toothbrush, because they clean teeth better than the manual brushes and this is such a great toothbrush and my teeth look whiter and definitely FEEL cleaner. I can't wait for my next dental appointment so I can show off my smile!

I just had to spend more money than I wanted to get her a deep cleaning at the dentist. So I decided it was time to invest in this electric brush. I love this brush because it learns the brushing patterns and is able to improve upon those patterns to create new habits. So far, I feel like after the novelty of the new brush has wore off, my daughter still enjoys using this brush. I am please with the results that I am seeing.
