It has 4 heads that come with it, it has a charger to charge it up. I love how you can change the colors and they are very vibrant you push the circle button to change it. It also has different settings for different things. It has gentle for your tongue,gums,teeth it vibrates as well and it also has Bluetooth I think this was the best gift ever!! It's well worth the high price I really recommend this!

It is easy to change between modes so both my husband and I can use the one that is right for us. The new black color looks so slick. This brush is so fancy!! It’s a very sleek toothbrush, I got the black onyx. I’ve never had a brush with so many features, it’s exciting to brush my teeth now! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Oral B iO Series 7 rechargeable toothbrush in black onyx for myself a couple weeks ago. I got to say this is one powerfull toothbrush, after the first time i brushed my teeth with it i felt like i had a profesional cleaning at the dentist, my teeth where so clean.It has multible settings and programs. From language to density, length etc. i like the happy/ sad face after you brushed. The charger is magnetic and does a great charge. The travelcase is also very nice..The handle is easy to grab and to use. I am still trying to figure out the bluetooth part.I like the diffrent lightup pressure sensores.This is the best Rechargeable electric toothbrush i ever had and i highly recommend it!

I’ve been using this toothbrush for about a month and I’m very pleased with my purchase. I’m excited to brush my teeth daily and see my results. This is literally like a magic toothbrush :-) Feels like I’m at the dentist office every time I brush my teeth. It’s been a great experience so far. The i07 series has a lot of cool features like bluetooth capabilities that let you get an enhanced brushing experience. I like that it helps you know exactly how long you should brush and gives you guidance by using colors to show you if you are brushing correctly. The brush itself for me wasn't too soft or too hard and I liked that it has both regular bristles and rubber ones as well and not only does it spin it vibrates too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush was partially charged out of the box, so I was immediately able to use it. It is a sleek looking toothbrush with a light band that changes colors. It looks really cool. The first problem I had was with the app. No matter what I did, I could not get the toothbrush to pair with my phone. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, turning on and off bluetooth, turning the toothbrush on and off multiple times, and even factory resetting the toothbrush. Nothing worked. I finally gave up on the app. For the actual toothbrush, first the pros: There are several settings on the brush, including a sensitive setting, a regular setting, and a more intense clean. The rotating brush feels good on the teeth. It keeps a timer to let you know how long you have brushed. It doesn't take up much space on the counter, which is nice. Now for the cons: The brush shaft is TOO wide. While it feels good to brush, no matter what I do, I end up dribbling toothpaste all over me because the entire thing is too big for my mouth. I can't close my mouth around the neck of the brush enough to keep from dripping. This is a major design flaw in my opinion. The other issues is just a personal thing. The toothbrush keeps track of how long you brush and alerts you every 30 seconds so you can know how long you have been brushing. However, if you brush for less than 2 minutes, it gives you a frowny face. I don't know why, but this really bugs me. I guess I just feel like don't need judgement from a toothbrush! It could just tell you how long you have brushed. It doesn't need to make you feel bad if you don't meet some arbitrary standard. I know it's a little silly, but it is unnecessary and makes me feel like a scolded child. You do get a smiley if you brush for over 2 minutes, but again...this is unnecessary. Overall, this is a fine toothbrush, and if you have a large mouth, you probably won't have the issues I have. Just a few minor adjustments would make this a much more satisfying experience in my opinion.

My dentist recommended I get a rechargeable toothbrush, because they clean teeth better than the manual brushes and this is such a great toothbrush and my teeth look whiter and definitely FEEL cleaner. I can't wait for my next dental appointment so I can show off my smile!

This toothbrush has a color ring that lights up different colors to let you know it you are brushing with too much pressure or not enough pressure. It also sort of stutters every 30 seconds to let you know to move to a different part of your mouth to ensure that you brush all parts of your mouth. It also times you to be sure you are brushing for the recommended two minutes. The toothbrush comes with a carting case, charger and two brush heads. There are many features including connecting to Bluetooth. I started brushing with the sensitive setting until I got used to the toothbrush and then went on to the daily clean. In only a few week my teeth are already whiter and the clean feeling is great. This is the best toothbrush I’ve ever used

I have not been applying enough pressure and it took 32 years to find that out. The light ring is super easy to read and you can see it even if you are not looking in a mirror. The battery holds charge very good and it charges in no time. My teeth always feel like i just step out of the dentist office and I love it! I wish I could let people feel my teeth because they feel that good. Once I found the right app for the brush, I love how informative it has been and how it logs everything for you. I recommend this whole set up times 100!
