Great cameras and very easy to set up and install

I got this product over a month ago and very unhappy with it. One camera doesn't work at all. and the other 7 do not work much better

Couldn’t get one of the camera’ lights to work. Support was frustrating & nothing worked. Returned them & will go with a different system.

Misleading ad. Includes only ONE solar screen. To operate, we need to buy two additional solar screen panels. We are returning them.

If I can give non stars I will,this cameras are a waste of money,I have only 1 working camera after a year of purchase them…

So far the cameras are working. We need to figure out how to change the threshold. Right now the wind, birds and bees are setting it off. It's a little annoying at 2 a.m. Or we need to move the cameras. But they definitely work!

Works really well outdoors - clear picture! We love these cameras. Decided not to use the solar panel. The batteries stay charged really well. We appreciate the LIGHT feature!

Good quality videos, great field of vision size, easy to install and set up. Perfect security system for our home. The Arlo Secure plan for storage and length of time videos are saved is reasonable in monthly fees. Definitely recommend.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. Two cameras started to malfunction after couple of weeks of installation. The manufacturer is very difficult to reach as well. No phone or email published to reach their customer service. Chat is the only available way to reach them-looks too much shield from the public and very inconvenient. Don't waste your money on this product. Not worth your time.

Excellent product and even better purchasing the bundle at Sam's because the three pack at Sam's includes a solar panel! The solar panel was a significant upgrade for me. I've been using Arlo cameras for a little over six years and this is my second set of cameras. I had to upgrade due to my prior cameras no longer being supported. But this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The new cameras are a significant upgrade in terms of quality and range of coverage, and the solar panel has eliminated having to climb ladders to switch out batteries. I needed five cameras so I purchased two of these and had no problems finding a place to mount the extra camera. The added advantage is I also received two solar charging panels. The upgraded cameras also connect directly to my router, as opposed to my previous set which required a base station that the cameras connected to. The base station wasn't necessarily a problem, but with the new set, that's one less component I have to have plugged in and hard-wired into my router. Set up was extremely easy. Basically take a picture of the QR code on the camera with your phone, and the camera connects instantly. I find the cameras to have excellent range connecting to my router so that extra camera I initially didn't need is mounted all the way at the back of my yard and it connects to my router. I also purchased a spare battery and batter charger, which I recommend so you can swap out batteries when needed and won't have any down time with the camera. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.
