Been waiting for a good del on Arlo cameras. Sam’s had the best deal yet. High quality camera set with solar panel and magnetic mounts. Cameras have good motion detection and identifies person vehicle and animal detection option with app. Three mths free but then you must pay. That’s the down side to Arlo.

This sale price was $100 cheaper than Arlo’s big Labor Day sale, which didn’t include the bonus solar panel. And the shipping was pretty much next day! I ordered it after 5pm on a Saturday and it arrived the following Monday morning before noon. Very pleased!

Had trouble with one of the cameras dropping offline and not resetting until we returned home 3 days later. Returned to Sam’s and exchanged for another one. No problems with it so far. It does take a while to get things tweaked the way you want but it works well.

The videos from these cameras and the wider angles are awesome, but the motion sensors are more sensitive and they pickup a lot more, so battery life doesn't last nearly as long, have had these just over a month so far, need to play with the settings more, hoping battery life will improve.

I upgraded from the original Alro camera's to the newer Arlo Pro 4. Very pleased with the video but very displeased with battery lif and inability to charge the camera in our Chicagoland cold weather. Appears camera will not charge when ambient temperature is 30 F or below.

Love the ease of these cameras, I bought two sets of 3 with the solar panel, Why only one panel when you have 3 cameras?? One camera in each box wouldn’t sync with the software and when I called the customer support line they wanted $100 to register the cameras with an account...This fee is nowhere to be found on any paperwork and they wouldn’t help me get the cameras working without paying it..Not sure if these will still record in the Arlo app after the trial period without paying the outrageous registration fee...And this fee is yearly, not a one time fee... And I want to keep the account active after the trial period...

The cameras are great as far as video and night vision, but the batteries get an F. All of the batteries were charged at 100% three days later batteries are dead.

Cameras were not 5G compatible. Had to return them. Customer support was non-existent, no way to reach someone via phone only email. Not suitable for a customer with questions not covered under their FAQ.

Garbage! Will run only on a 2.4 GHz network. Impossible to connect if you run an optimized network. Support is non-existent.

Stay away from Arlo. You’re forced to use their app, which has a monthly fee. Unreal for what I paid. One would think the service would be free. Activity zones are disabled if not connected to AC outlet or solar panel, what crap! Thought WiFi would be great, not with Arlo. Go with another company, stay way away from Arlo.
