Great TV but why would the manufacturer not provide any mounting screws with the TV. 4 screws won’t break the bank for the manufacturer. It’s the ease of everything on the box that’s needed by the consumer instead of making another round to hardware store to get 4 screws for a $1.00

We bought this Samsung TV at a local Sam's Club to replace an Insignia. Got it home and found out Samsung has non standard wall mount hardware that's not included like all brands. Without the special hardware it will not fit like all other TVs. Hour on end with Samsung to try to order hardware needed . No avail a waist of time. Taken it back and getting another brand.

Unless you are an IT professional you will have trouble setting up this TV. It doesn't want to finish the Privacy statement download. It forgets your Samsung sign-in information. It gives "server down" and "server under maintenance" errors when it is really something else. You will need to reset your router and the TV during setup. The phone app is terrible.

The screen quality is great, but it’s ridiculous to operate. It’s for a bedroom- It is 16 steps to turn on the sleep timer! And since the remote has no backlighting it is extra difficult. I would not have purchased if I realized there is no sleep timer shortcut on the remote. Also my Apps completely Aug out at least 2 times per week. My 15 year old Vizio with an external Roku disconnect less than this!

Not a single helpful photo. Mfr should be required to do better, especially in representing this class of electronics.. Show areas of set with close photos of inputs/outputs. These are important to determine locations and clearance from VESA mounts.

Pillows are very lightly stuffed. If you like flat pillows these are for you.
