Great smart tv. Works well. Easy to use.

Arrived defective. Did not work. Had to return and purchased a different brand.

I was kept advised of the delivery date and tracing made available. It arrived on time.

I came on time and undamaged. The picture is excellent, I have not tried it on line, though.

easy to set up Samsung's software is the best out there, picture is great

Picture quality is very poor from any angle other than directly in front of TV.

The leg piece that goes on back the back of the tv was a little problem assembling.

Love this TV. Picture is clear, this TV does a lot. I was amazed with all the channels.
