We have had this tv for about 10 months now. Still has a great picture and the internet connection stays strong and works well, no issues with buffering or anything of that nature. Would definitely recommend and are considering buying another!

Problems After 2 Months

This thing is only 2 months old and already having TV volume issues. Sometimes the volume has to be turned up to maximum to hear it, sometimes it's too loud even with the volume all the way down. Call to Samsung technical support are useless, they just have you reset everything and tell you to call back if you have anymore problems.

Hi FZ,Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume on the N5200 TV. There are several volume features you can adjust that may help resolve your issue.1. Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.2. Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound3. Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might be too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.I hope these tips help you enjoy your new product. Easy Return

We bought this 40" TV as we had a 40" before that just fit in our cabinet. Unfortunately this TV is at least an inch wider and did not fit so had to return. I will say the return process went very smoothly and quickly. However, I will also say that we had much difficulty trying to set it up to connect to our cable stations; we eventually learned with the replacement TV that you need a much better knowledge of such technology to set up any SMART TV - or pay someone to set it up as we did on the other TV we bought.
