Great shredder. Have not used that long but has done a great job for what we need. Seems sturdy and durable. I researched other shredders in this price range and so far think I have made the right choice.

I bought this shredder for a family member who has tried MANY shredders. After trying this one she loves it. She said she would not recommend any other shredder.

Ran thru about 100 envelopes and other sheets with no issues. Unit is very quiet The 6 Plus gallons that hold a waste it's quite large so it does help not emptying it often. Hopefully it lasts sometime since I've only used it the first day.

I purchased this shredder after comparing prices at the local office stores and found it to be at least 100.00 cheaper than any comparable models. It works perfectly so is well worth the shopping.

This shredder provides great value for the price. Motor is powerful and quiet for our home use, with the cross-cut function to provide appropriate security.

This shredder is the best I have ever owned. I work from home and deal with sensitive medical issues and MUST have a shredder that micro-cuts. This one does that and it takes up to 18 sheets of paper at a time. This thing is incredible!!

Have only been using the shredder for about two weeks but it seems to be a quality shredder. Obviously, how it holds up over the next few years will be the determining factor.

Purchased this for my mother since her old one broke. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is and the capacity it holds. So far so good (it's been a few weeks).

Was very surprised to find an 18 sheet shredder at this price point. It is very solid and operates much quieter than our previous 8 sheet unit. It is on casters, so is easy to move out of the way when not in use.

Works well for a smaller commercial type shredder. Easily handled 12 or so sheets of paper. It also has a fan on it so as I was shredding for several minutes it did not seem to heat up
