Love this shredder! It's much quieter than my old shredder and with an 18 sheet capacity, I can get more shredding done in shorter amount of time. It was very reasonably priced and I was able to order and pick up quickly. So happy I decided to buy this model.

This shredder is the quietist shredder I have ever had. It cuts up papers into extremely small pieces and takes several sheets of paper at one time. If I were to have to find a fault, it is slow. I bet it takes 5 seconds to shred an 8.5" x 11" piece of paper.

I highly recommend. After using 2 or three lower priced shredders for years that only crosscut and continuously jammed and broke after a few years this shredder is awesome . Much quieter. As described , it makes quick work of shredding into micro-cut pieces . Well worth the price. Was the best shredder I could find for the money!

Excellent shredder! It is fast, efficient, handles the load, is easy to empty, and quiet. I love the big window on the front so you can easily see when it is getting full, and how easy it is to empty without paper going everywhere. Seems very durable and built to last. We are very impressed!

Delivered as advertised and ready to use out of the box. I have not tried to shred 18 pieces of paper and probably won't, but it handles 6-8 sheets without missing a beat. It does what it is supposed to do: shred paper and credit cards in a manner that makes it impossible for the normal thief to be able to use any information that was on the paper or credit card.

Replaced a well known brand of shredder that lasted just over a year and never seemed to work right. This shredder from Sam’s is outstanding, handles more paper at once than my previous micro-shredder, is equally as quiet and stores quite a bit of shred before needing emptying. Worth every penny!

I really like the fact that it has a long run time. My older shredder [from the famous Office supply store] overheats and shuts off way to quickly. This one handles the volume when I am ready to shred. This size is good. It has been easy to empty.
