I bought this and when I got it out of the box, I rolled it on the floor and one of the roller feet broke off in the socket making it only usable without any rollers. The roller sockets are not well made. The shredder shreds great tho

This is an excellent shredder and it’s worth every penny. This isn’t some light duty shredder. This machine is substantial and rolls nicely in its casters where it’s empty or full. The basket is a large and holds a lot. It has great features like the ability to put the power in standby mode. The forward and reverse features work nicely as well. Overall, I found this shredder to perform as expected.

I bought this shredder at Sam's club about a month ago and I'm really impressed with it. It shreds into very small pieces. If it starts to bog down it increases the power. It is very quiet. It has a very professional look. It shreds paper, envelopes, credit cards, CDs and staples. It has an on off switch on top and a main power switch on the back. The bucket is very easy to remove and empty. I DO RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

I purchased this several weeks ago and it does what it say it would do. It powered through thick chunks of mail and paperwork with no problem. No delay due to heating up . I was able to shred all my mail and bills without any delays. I’m so happy I decided to purchase it. My replacement before it would get hot after 10 minutes .

I received the shredder less than a week after buying it from Sam's online and tried it out right away. It comes ready to go, just plug it in. Wow! It is so, so much quieter than other shredders I have had. The bin is probably average size, but since it's microcut, you don't have to empty it as often. For the price, you definitely can't go wrong with it. Of course, time will tell as far as how long it lasts, but I am for sure impressed with it so far.

I’ve been collecting a mountain of credit card offers and other documents I’ve been meaning to destroy. I bought this to shred them all to bits, let me tell you it’s a work horse! It’s pretty quite, large capacity bin and easy to clean out. Would definitely recommend!

My old Member's Mark shredder finally broke so I was excited to get a new one. Imagine my surprise when I opened up the VERY heavy box and found a USED shredder. It's not my imagination -- there were actually some paper shreds IN the bin. I reached up to feel the blades -- sure enough -- paper and some debris was stilled lodged in the shredder blades. Also, the package was delivered by the "sister" company to Sam's -- left a rough looking box in the middle of my STEEP driveway instead of bringing it up to the covered double carport. BAD customer service. Now I have to go through the hassle of a return -- not to mention repackaging this monster.

I purchased this because we gave our older, working one to an older relative who desperately wanted ours. My friend brought it in and set it up on my thick rug. (I mention the thick rug because I didn’t notice something was wrong with the shredder until a few hours later.) I did wonder why it was difficult to roll and why it was listing a little. I thought it was the thick rug it was nestled in; but when my friend offered to come over and help me move the shredder, they had to pick it up. And that was when I noticed it was missing a wheel! My friend checked the box, but there was no wheel. Ugh! The shredded works great, but it is going back because it is missing a wheel! My friend offered to go and pick up one at the local Sam’s Club. They said it would be better if they could inspect it at the store first. I recommend it if Sam’s Club can guarantee four wheels on the next one.

I've used a lot of shredders within a similar price range, but they lasted only a few months before they started jamming and having other issues. This shredder eats through everything I've thrown at it and keeps going. This unit is at my office where I've gone through about 3 - 4 trash bags full within the first couple of days of buying the unit. I'm so impressed I'm buying a second one to use at my home office.
