I purchased this several weeks ago and it does what it say it would do. It powered through thick chunks of mail and paperwork with no problem. No delay due to heating up . I was able to shred all my mail and bills without any delays. I’m so happy I decided to purchase it. My replacement before it would get hot after 10 minutes .

My old Member's Mark shredder finally broke so I was excited to get a new one. Imagine my surprise when I opened up the VERY heavy box and found a USED shredder. It's not my imagination -- there were actually some paper shreds IN the bin. I reached up to feel the blades -- sure enough -- paper and some debris was stilled lodged in the shredder blades. Also, the package was delivered by the "sister" company to Sam's -- left a rough looking box in the middle of my STEEP driveway instead of bringing it up to the covered double carport. BAD customer service. Now I have to go through the hassle of a return -- not to mention repackaging this monster.

Great value for the price! All the features of machines that are twice the price.

Nice size and works well.

Love this shredder! Better than I expected.

Quiet and effective. A great shredder for the money.

So far this works as expected. It also is quieter than the old Royal Shredder it replaced.

Better than I thought. I am really pleased with it's performace.

Great shredder, very strong motor.

Awesome shredder! It will shred 18 pages at once including staples!
