This shredder is the quietist shredder I have ever had. It cuts up papers into extremely small pieces and takes several sheets of paper at one time. If I were to have to find a fault, it is slow. I bet it takes 5 seconds to shred an 8.5" x 11" piece of paper.

I’ve been waiting several months for this shredder to come back into stock. Unfortunately I received a unit that had been used by someone else as there was shredded paper in the bin when I opened it. The 2 times that it actually worked it ran smoothly and quietly. Then it wouldn’t turn on. I love all the features….so much better than my 20 year old noisy Fellowes shredder. Now I have to haul this back to the store and order a replacement. Where is quality control when you need it?

One never knows what to expect when ordering a new shredder. The one it replaced was slow, loud, and would only take a few pages at a time. This one is a massive improvement! It's quick and does an excellent job at turning anything into tiny pieces of paper. We've only used it once but it gobbled up two shopping bags full of paper. I will update if this changes.

Best shredder EVER!

Sturdy and powerful are two words I would use to describe this shredder. Staples and small paper clips, old credit cards etc have not phased it. I have a ton of old paperwork to shred and it is going through it without being phased. I am extremely happy with this purchase. Well worth the money.

Works geat. Quiet. Good value for the price.

Just works! Price is reasonable. Reducing the mail clutter.
