If you do not have a bone saw don't purchase. You can broil whole or just buy the cut up lamb loin at Sam's. You save money if you have a bone saw. I tried a meat cleaver and got no where.

I bought these, aged them and smoked them, by far the best I've ever had

I bought it for stew meat. it has large bone running through it, but you can trim the meat off it. I got about 1 1/2 -2 lbs of stew meat from it. the meat is fresh and tasted great in my stew

Excellent lamb. My mistake was in curbside delivery; the loins chosen for me were half the size suggested by the item description!

I do not think I will purchase these again, there is nothing wrong with the flavor, it was really good, My problem was in the process and how it was packaged. I thought they were going to be chops, not whole, with backbone attached. Saying that I had to cook both. If I do purchase this again, I will ask if they can cut them into Chops. Other then that, the meat was very tender and had a great flavor,

Too hard to separate pieces

I would not buy again! More fat than lamb meat.

If you do not have the equipment to butcher this - to cut through bone, I would NOT recommend! The meat flavor is tender, but nearly impossible to remove from bone.

Looks bigger in the picture too small for price

It’s not really lamb loin since it has the whole spine attached, which is VERY hard to cut through unless you have the proper butcher knife. The description should specify, lamb chop, and that it’s on the bone!! Def not a piece that you can roast!
