I needed a new a mattress but didn't want to spend a fortune. Had a friend that had this in king-size and I slept so good, that I see existed to buy this in queen. The best purchase I've made . My back doesn't hurt in the morning now. And would definitely recommend it to friends who like a more firm mattress.

(1) Arrived in a large, tall plain brown box. My concern is that Sam's club sold me returned and/or used mattress. (2) Mattress has a stain on one side. (3) Mattress does not feel like the same model SertaSleepToGo that I purchased and enjoyed twice before. The previous mattresses were in a Serta box with convenient wheels. (4) Sam's Club will not accept a return in the store. They are requiring that I stay home for a pickup. So, I would have to take off from work to return the mattress. I am 100% dissatisfied. Heading over to Sam's Club now to request a full refund for my plus membership.

Don’t let the fact that it comes in a box keep you from buying..awesome mattress.

very nice, a bit form for me , was worried about a bed in a box , don't!

Although it is a little softer than I like, I am resting extremely well.

My son says his sleep is restful and that he wakes up with energy.

Never got to 12 inches, I would like a refund but won't happen, also it slides on platform not very safe

I bought this a month ago and thought I would adjust to the firmness but I haven’t. I plan to return it.

I just received my order. The mattress was delivered in a plain unmarked cardboard box. Not in a Serta Box. 3x now I am returning

I sleep so much better and don’t wake up sore anymore. I purchased it with the Members Mark adjustable bed and it’s a good combo.
