I bought this two weeks ago and I have slept like a baby ever since!!! I was waking up with back pain but not anymore!!! Love my new mattress. I will be buying another one for another bed in my home!!

Very firm and solid excellent for the price I paid. Only wish the material on the outside was more of a shiny tuffed covering like the former mattresses used to be.

The best... Second one I have purchased. I fall asleep in 30 seconds! Don't forget to buy the Serta Power Chill mattress protector which helps alleviate hot spots. I recommend this mattress to all my family and friends.

I purchased this mattress about three weeks ago and it has only risen to 10 1/2 inches so far. It feels good but I ordered it because of The Consumers Report and the fact that it was suppose to be 12 inches. It is too low for me.

The mattress is comfortable but a little softer than anticipated. Hoping it holds up for a few years. I had great help getting the box into my car and love Sams products and service.
