2nd time one is missing

This is the second time that one is missing from the box. I thought it was a fluke last time but apparently not. Change the label or package the correct amount. Does one fall out because of the flimsy box?

Never Fresh

For God's sake, since these are not prepared in the stores, but they come frozen from somewhere, why can't they be baked fresh everyday, instead of giving us stale product that may last a day before it tastes like chewy dough?

Overcooked

Lately it's not butter, it's oily and overcooked. Very hard, not as soft as before. Recently, at this location, the bakery added too much sugar, too sweat. Please return it to the original like other Sam's clubs.

So disappointed! Been buying these since the bakery opened and they've been great. Bought some a week ago and even though they were baked that day they were dry and overcooked. Live too far away to return them so they're going in the trash.

Wads of dough

Seriously, when will you begin to proof these croissants before you put them in the oven. Never consistent. Range in size from small to medium. Color is blonde and texture is dense.

They ruined another product

These used to be good. They changed the recipe and now know they're disgusting. Yet again, another product they've ruined. I honestly don't know why they had to mess with this. The bakery was one of the reasons we kept our membership, and with the recent opening of another club, it doesn't seem like we need to keep this expensive membership with all the changes they keep making. We were happy they actually had fresh croissants and not 3-day-old ones. Oh well shouldn't be eating these anyway.

New packaging squishes the croissants

Love these croissants, but the new packaging squishes them in. The smaller size package may be more convenient, but it doesn't reseal well and doesn't keep the integrity of the product intact. Please bring back the full size clamshell package or another alternative.

Rehire the old head baker

I stopped buying these regularly about a year ago and make the mistake of trying them again now and then. Whoever is running the bakery that stocks the Littleton store needs to be fired. Croissants should be a pastry product, not made from regular bread dough rolled up to look like a croissant. The danishes are just as bad if not worse. If you cut into or pull them apart I defy you to tell the difference between them and a loaf of bread. I got the cheese danish looking ones and the filling is a disaster for another review. Also, the outer crust on the croissants used to be a lighter color. They look like someone is always forgetting to take them out of the oven when it’s time. One star is being overly generous.

Whats going on with the croissants

Whats going on with the croissants? I though the first time i got them like this it was a mistake and they got overdone but same the second time?? I bought these every time i shopped but if this is how they are now i dont really care for them. If they are making them smaller like people are suggesting then i would think they would know to adjust the time/temp on the over for that....but ya never know.

Recipe change

The recipe has changed. They are not as buttery and soft as they used to be. They also are over baking them and they're coming quite dark. Not golden brown at all. This has been happening the last few months. The mini ones are still goldwn brown and buttery.
