I cook a mushroom omelette and I use the croissant for breakfast sandwiches they were yummy

Dense, they lacked the delicate flakiness you would expect with a croissant.

The are cook to long / to dark

All this croissant are too old

Very good croissants but always better after crisping up a few minutes in a 300 degree oven.
