When we have any gatherings where we know people will take food home (doggy bags)we are sure to stock up on these plates and those pesky newspaper rubberbands. We put food on one plate, use another upside down as a lid and place 2 rubberbands around the plates in an "x" . No mess no fuss, and yum yums on the run!

I was very happy when I received these plates they look huge , perfect for family reunions where there is different foods to choose from, no more going back to get more , with these plates you can serve your self all the food you want! I have a large family of 8 and I babysit 6 kids during the day and I need something sturdy that will stand up to some abuse and I don't have yo was dishes all the time. Dixie is the best

With 8-10 five-year-olds needing snacks every Sunday, these plates can be depended upon to withstand any "helper" and any unexpected snack event. At home, we grab the plates daily for informal dining and snacks, which the 12-year-old has about every 2 hours.

I hadn't used paper plate products in years and I was pleasantly surprised with how well these worked. I used them for all types of meals and nothing ever leaked through, even when using knives to cut food up. They held up well, and even with heavier foods, I only had to use one.

I love these plates. They work great even for saucy dishes like pasta.
