Have used these plates for years. No comparison is needed. They are strong,sturdy, Do not absorb liquids like cheaper plates. We have lots of family/friend get togethers, these plates are the strongest, our guys load up their plates, so strong that they take them when socializing with others. We use them on days we don’t want to do dishes.

These are the only paperplates I will willingly purchase. They hold up through a good bit of liquid and weight. I have no issues with using them. After you've used them, compost them if you wish. It takes time but they will eventually break down. They most definitely won't break down while you're using them!

They are just right size and weight for everyday use. Don’t have to worry about them collapsing when you gave your food on the plate. Very attractive looking.

Pick this up for grandsons graduation party and they were very durable. I thought that we may have needed to use 2 at a time . but no one plate will get the job done

For quality, these can't be beat. If you get them on sale at the wholesale big box stores it's a no brainer choice. These are stiff enough to hold the juiciest steaks and baked beans, can handle a steak knife better than most any other paper plate.

The quantity goes a long way and eliminating the need to do dishes make this product more than worth it. Also great for parties.

The plates are very strong to hold any amount of food,use them during the week and especially for holidays.

I love these Ultra Deep Dish plates but the order for the regular Ultra Heavyweight Dixie plates 186 ct. x 3 prior to the deep dish plates says it got delivered to us and it never did and for $76 with delivery fee that’s too much for me to lose out on and Sam’s wouldn’t answer the phone any of the times I called about it so I will never use the delivery service again because this isn’t the first time we never received our merchandise and they kept our money. I may have to quit going to Sam’s because of this and Walmart’s too.

The quality of Dixie paper products isn’t what it used to be. They’re still claiming that they’re soak proof and they are not.

Great plates, laughable quantity. SAMS Club and its distributor have mastered the art of charging more for less—reducing the count of plates while hiking the price by nearly 40%. Two years ago, we got 304 plates for $13–$15. Now, we're lucky to get 186 plates for $20. Giving us less is one thing, but slashing the quantity while inflating the cost? Bold move. At this rate, investing in real, washable plates might be the smarter choice. Either bring back the original quantity or adjust the price—or consider this a farewell from a customer who prefers common sense over corporate greed. Your move.
