With grandchildren and my spouses crew that come in all the time. Having them on hand is a god send. Easy, no matter what they are asking me to make, egg sandwiches, BLT's, or grilled cheese, the Dixie products hold up. Now that we are empty nesters, it nice to use as dinnerware, ans again they hold up and do the job, whether it is stuffed peppers or lasagna, it does the job. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dixie is a brand my family trust for good quality paper products. These plates are exactly that, very good quality and they are large! Great for bigger meals and hold up perfectly! I loaded them with BBQ burgers, hot dogs, sausage, potato salad and corn and they held all the food just fine. Easy cleanup as you just throw them away, makes my life better anytime there is less dishes to wash. Very good product!

Dixie states it can hold up to 2lbs on these Dixie Ultra Paper Plates and they are not lying, I tried it. I put 2lbs of frozen chicken on a plate and took it out to grill and the plate did not fold, break, and the chicken did not fall off. The juices from the chicken did not soak through and that is another thing that is claimed with these plates, which is true! The plates are cut resistant, microwave safe, and recyclable what more could you want but the food that goes on these very durable plates. I will never use another brand again.
