Got my chairs later than expected, And first time to sit in chair the back legs snapped off one of the chairs, I weigh 170, Was there a weigh limit,? I called the company to see if replacement leg could be had, They said sorry your chair broke return it to SAM"S REALLY...

Based on positive reviews, I bought these chairs. They are beautiful, classic-looking chairs but all members of my family (5 of us) found them very uncomfortable. I thought about getting cushions for them, but cushions don't come in the shape of the chairs, plus I didn't want to spend any more money on them. Also, they are very heavy and awkward to move/store. Should have known better not to buy chairs online. (you need to be able to try them out!). Sam's was great about me returning them after 2 months--it was just a pain to load them and take them to Sams' Club store.

Recently purchased these chairs for our pool. They look great but the quality is poor. The legs fold out. The back legs lock in place but you better watch the front legs or you might end up in the ground. The chair backs have come out the the track several times and we have only used them a handful of times. They are worth about 50.00 a piece in my opinion.

It took ordering 3 sets but finally received a pair that wasn't broken. It wasn't because the chairs are poor quality. It is poor packing and shipping. The first two boxes arrived with holes all the way thru them and since the chairs are plastic-they also arrived with holes in them. The chairs themselves are great! Very modern and lightweight. I have yet to try them since our pool isn't finished yet but a friend of mine has them and loves them. They will never rust and have held up great!

We purchased 2 sets (4 total) of these chaise lounges for our lake cabin. Came out of the box and looked great. However with very little and light use, by the end of the summer there were two broken already. The legs had broken off. My husband rigged up a way to add wood legs to the lounges and spray painted the wood and it seemed to work ok. However, by the end of the 2nd summer we now have another one with broken legs and the adjustable back is broken as the plastic tab holding it to the body of the chair broke off. These were only used for 3 1/2 months each summer, cleaned and put away in heated storage during the MN fall, winter and spring and still did not hold up. The sad thing is, they look great and are comfortable. However the design is terrible! You cannot have plastic legs and plastic connecting pieces - they just do not last despite being very careful!! Don’t waste your time or money. After only 2 summers we are now going to have to replace our chaise lounges - extremely disappointing.

I had the chairs shipped to my house. The chairs are great and so glad I bought them. The downside was the shipping damage to the box. The chairs are so heavy and the carton was not substantial enough for the chairs. Luckily there was no damage to the chairs.

We haven't opened the box and can already see where a shipping strap tore into the cardboard, through the hole you can see broken plastic. We already started the return. The color looks more gray than brown that we ordered. This review couldn't be more detailed. The packing is bad and resulted in the cracking of the plastic chair. It isn't the first review of broken product and I am guessing won't be the last. Packed with more padding this may have been a 5 star review like others.

Out of the six chaise lounges on our order, two came with holes in them. Another one had the top part of the chaise broken so bad it would not move up and down. It took a screw driver and two people to pry open one of the top part of the chaise's and replace it with a working one. You should find another way of getting them rather than on-line shipping.

We bought them to go around our brand new Built in pool, what a mistake!!!!!! These chairs look nice but are uncomfortable And two broke already. Not durable at all, cheaply made. So unhappy, never had a disappointment with A SAMs club purchase before

I just got these. It's the end of the season but I think there are still a few more warm days left here in Texas. Reviews were generally good with a few sketchy comments so I wasn't sure what to expect. Can definitely see that the legs are the weak link in this chair. I think if you don't flop down hard onto the chair or have two full-size adults sitting on the chair at one time, it should be ok. I also experienced the assembly problem mentioned by a few people. I received these chairs a full week before I expected them. I suspect it was a return which was forwarded to me since one chair had the back already attached and the other needed assembly. The remaining back was difficult to attach on one side but I found if you snap one side in, then press the back near the curve in the middle when trying to snap in the second side, there is some give in the plastic and it will snap into place easily. Took me about 10 minutes to figure that out. I got the dark grey color cuz it matches the rocks in my garden. They're looking good on my patio so I'm hoping for the best. The price was definitely right. They cost twice as much on a competitor's website. Thanks Sam's!!!
