Should have listened to multiple reviews of arriving broken:( Mine arrived broken too Repackaging was a pain! Heavy awkward kept falling out of the broken damaged box two of these large Chsristmas were packed in- I am sure that's what added to the loungers broken cracked . It is very unstable too on the lower half , hazardous IMHO. Look good but not good design or quality control The only positive is Sam's Club return process was easy Once I man handled these heavy chairs Bsck intorhr broken box and using half a roll of packing tape to resecure!

It took ordering 3 sets but finally received a pair that wasn't broken. It wasn't because the chairs are poor quality. It is poor packing and shipping. The first two boxes arrived with holes all the way thru them and since the chairs are plastic-they also arrived with holes in them. The chairs themselves are great! Very modern and lightweight. I have yet to try them since our pool isn't finished yet but a friend of mine has them and loves them. They will never rust and have held up great!

For the price I expected something a little nicer but it will do. Be careful when ordering...there are 2 in a box. I only wanted 2 but didn't notice that fact until it was delivered. Two boxes equals 4 chairs. But, they were great about returning one unopened box and were easy to work with on that aspect.

These lounge chairs are an excellent value. The quality is fantastic and they look great, just like the more expensive versions. They arrived in less than a week and there was nothing to put together. You can use them straight out of the box. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because there's no way to tie a cushion to them and if you just place a cushion on the lounge, eventually it (and you) slither off the end. These are otherwise perfect.

Recently purchased these chairs for our pool. They look great but the quality is poor. The legs fold out. The back legs lock in place but you better watch the front legs or you might end up in the ground. The chair backs have come out the the track several times and we have only used them a handful of times. They are worth about 50.00 a piece in my opinion.

Chairs arrived in a large 7-foot box... we've had them for a week now but durability doesn't seem like it will be a problem, as they seem well made, are wide and sturdy. We didn't buy the cushions for them - and so far, haven't needed them. Used for sunning and watching tv on the lanai. They come in brown or grey - we chose the brown. Quality was what I had hoped for.

Based on positive reviews, I bought these chairs. They are beautiful, classic-looking chairs but all members of my family (5 of us) found them very uncomfortable. I thought about getting cushions for them, but cushions don't come in the shape of the chairs, plus I didn't want to spend any more money on them. Also, they are very heavy and awkward to move/store. Should have known better not to buy chairs online. (you need to be able to try them out!). Sam's was great about me returning them after 2 months--it was just a pain to load them and take them to Sams' Club store.

I searched for a few weeks before deciding on these chairs. I read the reviews and despite some bad ones the overall rating was 4 stars so I decided to go ahead and order while they were still in stock. We have had these for about a month and a half and just landed flat on my face in one!! I was laying on my stomach reading a book and the chair fell to the ground!! When I got up to see what happened I found the chair broken in the same place that the other reviews mentioned!!! What a waste!!!!

When I received the chairs in the mail, one was broken. The local store allowed me to exchange the broken chair for a new one from their store. The chairs looked great next to our pool. Unfortunately, by the end of summer, both chairs were broken. The seat cracked on the first chair. The leg broke off of the second chair. The chairs were kept under our porch by the pool and not misused. We are disappointed with the quality of these chairs.

So sad. Bought these 2.5 weeks ago and last night a tornado came through my town! As far as I can tell 1 of the 4 I ordered survived. Came her to order again and price went up by $100 per set!!! :( So before the storm these were great. I highly recommend.
