I originally ordered 2 boxes. One came with a broken chair, so ordered a 3rd box and returned the original one. Then when that one arrived, we put it together, first time we sat on it and went to adjust the back, it broke. So ordered 4th box to return 3rd box and this will be my last try. So know that even though it looks very nice, it's ALL plastic and not that sturdy.

They look so upscale and nice, and the contour shape is very comfortable whether you’re lying on your back or on your belly. They drag easy across our deck, even when im holding a drink in my other hand. They seem like they will wear well in the sun, but time will tell. At this price, we can easily replace them if they get weathered. Very happy with these!

Don’t buy! Cheap and arrived broken. Sams club would not replace and company was not responsive. Ended up having to return at club.

I paid 249.00 for these 2 and saw them the day they arrived at bargain hunt for 199.00 and that included a center table with them

All around not a great product it was very uncomfortable and poor quality. It is made of a plastic type material and broke the first rain storm we had here in Florida.

Hard plastic that can break, had I known that would not have bought. Too heavy and big to take back to store by myself. Not really gray more black. Poor quality. Heavy

These look nice, but they are very hard plastic and feel cheap for the money. They’ll do fine outside in the weather tho! You need cushions because they are not very comfortable without them.

We were down to one of these chairs ( our children jumped on and broke one) from the last set we purchased 7 years ago. We were just able to get our hands on another set. Price has gone up a little but we are very happy with these chairs. They are made very well. We do not like to mess with cushions so these are perfect for us. We have other Keter products and they are a great brand!

I can’t begin to explain how disappointed I was in this product. I have multiple other Keter products (storage bins and trash can) and they use a lot of plastic, but have metal support when needed. This item fails as it’s all plastic. I bought a total of 4 chairs (2 sets) and I returned them within a month of purchase. When they arrived, on of the chairs had the back adjustment installed backwards, so I had to fix that. Then, I noticed that when you open the legs, the chairs use plastic for all parts and the items “flex”. This was supposed to be rated for more than 200lbs, and my girlfriend who weighs 1/2 that didn’t feel like it was secure. In less than 1 month, one of the chairs collapsed when I sat on it (I only weight 180) and it was clear it’s a result of the amount of plastic used). I also live in Arizona and the heat is only going to get worse and “soften” up the plastic pieces. After the first item failed, I packed all of them into our van and returned them. The folding parts that have to hold and maintain weight should really have metal components to reinforce them. I ended up going to Walmart and finding new deck chairs that were similar style but made out of metal and they’ve been so much better.

Very disappointed when the chairs arrived. Several broken areas on the chairs and one set had four front legs instead of two front and two back. They were also not very sturdy to have cost what they did. I returned both sets. I would never recommend these chairs for purchase.
