It would have been 5 star review till one of the loungers rear legs snapped for no apparent reason while sitting on it after 3 weeks since we purchased. Now to deal with hassle of returning and exchanging and it shows they are out of stock.

Both chairs broke as soon as they came out of the box. They have tabs on the part of the chair that folds dow. Each tab broke as son as we set them up rendering them useless. We modified them with a rod that allows them to fold with no issue.

This product is horrible. It is supposed to support 250 lbs, yet a 32 pound child sat on it and the legs broke under the foot end of the lounger. He sat down, not plopped down or jumped on it.

These are heavy duty and look really nice. They are all plastic, very easy to set up: unbox, pop up the feet and they're ready to go. My patio gets a lot of morning sun and they seem like they'll be fine out there.

They look so upscale and nice, and the contour shape is very comfortable whether you’re lying on your back or on your belly. They drag easy across our deck, even when im holding a drink in my other hand. They seem like they will wear well in the sun, but time will tell. At this price, we can easily replace them if they get weathered. Very happy with these!

Bought 2 of these for our backyard and loved them. Bought a second pair and one came damaged and now they are out of stock. Tried contacting the manufacturer and after several attempts we still have not gotten a response. Horrible costumer service!!!! Never again will we order from them. Stuck with 2 chairs and can’t find companions for them!! Absolutely disgusted and disappointed

The chaise loungers are fine, except that one of them arrived with the back piece that supports and controls the slant of the back rest was broken and could not be repaired. Since these were sent as a gift to my daughter who lives in a different city from me, this made it necessary for her to load both chairs into a large vehicle and return them to the nearest Sam's which is 35 miles away from her home. This was quite a challenge for her. I then had to place a new replacement order.

I originally ordered 2 boxes. One came with a broken chair, so ordered a 3rd box and returned the original one. Then when that one arrived, we put it together, first time we sat on it and went to adjust the back, it broke. So ordered 4th box to return 3rd box and this will be my last try. So know that even though it looks very nice, it's ALL plastic and not that sturdy.

I am very satisfied with these chairs for the price. They are comfortable without a cushion as the plastic does have some give to it. They look very nice on our pool deck. The only negative is the front leg does not lock into place like the back leg so the front of the chair can collapse if the leg is not positioned correctly.

I luv these tanning loungers! No, there is not any cushion. However, I put down beach towels when I tan. My grandbaby eats popsicles on them. I have even caught my pit bull using them to nap in the sun. No problem! These loungers are a hard plastic and waterproof. Toddler and puppy dog proof. The grey color is beautiful and pops on my patio. For me, these loungers are perfect!
