The first individual portion I pulled out of the package had a tear in the plastic and freezer burn in the area that was open. Very disappointing due to the expense of everything.

It’s so dissolving while cooking. We have to apply salt and pepper while it’s little frozen and fry in the pan. Else it will crumble while picking it in hand

The taste of it was dirt . I tried baking them and frying them of course I seasoned them but the taste was diet I even checked the expiration date it wasn?t expired.

Despite the nutrition label stating there are 12 servings, with one filet as a serving, mine had 8 filets inside for only 8 of the 12 servings advertised.

I have a 91 year old father, that is on a soft food diet. So we eat lots of fish. I have had this fish, dozens of times. Never has it been bad, mushy, or fishy tasting.

I've grilled, baked and used these tilapia fillets in stir fry. Oh, and also fried them. They are great to have handy. It doesn't take long to thaw or cook them.

The Members Mark Tilapia is great grilled (just add lemon-pepper or Cavender's greek seasoning) or place in a foil bag with a little butter and add the spices, lightly browned on top....the perfect meal.

I was hesitant to buy this, but I’m glad I finally grabbed it! I defrosted it, put it in some fish fry, fried it, and it was amazing! Everyone wanted more, turned a piece into a fish sandwich and it was great. My kids are asking when will I be making it again. 10 pieces in the bag felt hardly enough when everyone wanted more.

This tilapia has a strong, off taste to me. It's not fishy nor spoiled, but it's not tasty. I've noticed this taste in other tilapia, but I had read that Member's Mark tilapia didnt have it. It does. My husband said he doesn't taste it, so I'll cook it for him. The filets are good size and fairly uniform. If you like it, the price is good.

I always buy this brand of Tilapia fillet and it is always perfect. The filletes in the last bag Lot %23 246536 are so thick, the difference is really noticeble. They took longer to Cook and they can not really called them filletes. They are really heavy.Not at all what I get from Members mark tilapia fillets at all.
