I agree with other reviewers. Strong off taste. Tasted like a stinking pond. Mercy. aweful! not a mild fish. will not buy again. yuuk

I've have been buying this tilapia about a decade. Used to be our favorite fish. After covid, however, this stuff turned to crap - a few of our family dinners ruined by crunchy scales. Gross. Won't be purchasing again.

We have bought these multiple times in the past. This most recent bag was gross. They smelled and tasted like chemical and very fishy! We threw out our dinner and the rest of the bag.

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried these. They did not have a fishy smell or taste. The texture was light and fluffy. I will definitely continue to buy these!

I've been buying this product at Sam's for years, and loved the size and texture of the filets, but the most recent package has a strong chemical taste, a bit like insecticide. I sure hope this problem gets corrected!

Fish is rather bland and tasteless: really only useful as a filler for what you'll actually be tasting and/or it's nutrient content. Individually sealed. Nice size fillets.

Buying this product every 2 weeks ...its an good product but few weeks ago found a piece of glass in one of the pieces which makes me worried not buying this product at all

Love frozen tilapia, but this bag was terrible (8/29/24 purchase). Fish was mushy, smelled very fishy when I opened it. When my husband sat down to eat it, he said it smelled funny and that it was bad fish. Hoping we don't get sick!

Tried cooking them two different ways, soaked in milk the second time because the first couple were WAY fishy tasting. Not much better even after soaking, threw the rest away. Will never purchase again. Fool me once.

Packaging states 12 servings, once opened there was only 9 in the bag. Only 1 more than what I typically get in the 2lb bag at the local grocery store, similar in size, higher cost.
